NETFLIX PLEASE HAVE MERCY ON MY SOUL
You have to understand. The last time Stranger Things had a big season, I was absolutely drowned in Kate Bush's Running up the Hill and I could not escape it for what felt like two years. Not at work. Not at restaurants. Nowhere. It followed me in videos and parodies. It showed up in my dreams. I never want to hear it again.
I don't even think it's a bad song. But I swear if I hear it again my head's going to explode. I live in fear for the thing it makes popular this time.
Like, controversies aside, I have no beef with this show. Heck, I don't even know what the controversies are, I just know some of my buddies said there was some. But that matters little to me. Please, Netflix. I beg you. Don't do this to me again. I'm tired.
