New 2025 comms list! Thanks to some prompting by friends I have decided to slightly raise my prices! I feel this is more fair to the level of work I put in! However my prices are still negotiable and I’m happy to do a discount if you buy more than one at a time!
Amin and Youssef should be in school, but because of the war, they've been deprived of their right to education. Their job is now to fetch water from far away amidst the rubble, and they risk injury every time.
Please help us for their future. Please don't leave us alone and donate, even a little.
Please share our daily suffering.
Please don't leave us to face these difficulties alone. Ease our suffering during these days. Donate for my children and share our story as widely as possible. Please.

Words are no longer enough to capture the tragedy my family and I endure.
My name is Wedad Shadi, I am 15 years old, and I live in Gaza, Palestine.🇵🇸
Our home was completely destroyed, and now we live in a torn, fragile tent. We are a family of 7, and my mother, father, and my little sister Mira were injured when our house was bombed.
My mother and Mira are in urgent need of medical treatment, but we have nothing to pay for their care, not even food to survive.
My mother and my sister were injured during the war. I am terrified of losing them… please, don’t leave me without my mother and sister. They need urgent help to survive.
They desperately need medicine and medical treatment, as shown in the videos. Every moment without help is a struggle for their lives.
Please, I beg you… save them, help us, and give them a chance to live. 🙏💔
I have started school, but I could not register because I cannot afford the fees.
Please, I beg you to help us. Donate to save my mother and my innocent little sister before it’s too late. Every contribution can save a life and bring hope to a family in desperate need.
Every day we wake up to the same reality: destroyed homes, no safety, no stability, and needs that keep growing.
People think the pain paused… but for us, it never did.
Even with a so-called “ceasefire,” nothing has really stopped.
The explosions, the drones, the fear — the violations never ended.
And our suffering definitely didn’t.
Your support is the only reason many of us manage to keep going.
Your donation 🙏🙏 — no matter how small — can mean medicine, food, warmth, and a little bit of dignity in a life that’s been stripped of everything.
Please, stand with us. Don’t let this struggle fade from the world’s attention.
We still desperately need you to get back on our feet.

I am Widad, writing to you today with a heavy heart for my mother, Suhaila, who is currently undergoing urgent surgeries in the hospital.
Her health condition is very serious, and we are going through critical and difficult moments, waiting for any news that can bring us comfort and hope.
Every passing moment feels heavy as we wait and pray for her safety and recovery
Please… act now. Silence is taking her away from me. Every moment without help brings us closer to losing her. I beg you from my heart, don’t scroll past—help us before it’s too late
Every second matters. Any small donation can help save her life. Please don’t ignore us. Share this message, donate if you can. Your kindness could give my daughter a chance to live and see tomorrow.
We have nothing left.
Our home was destroyed.
We sleep under the open sky, exposed to cold, fear, and hunger.
No walls. No roof. No tent.
My father was injured in the war and cannot work.
My mother is very sick — her iron is dangerously low, and we cannot afford her medicine.
Her illness is confirmed by a hospital report, which you can see
Every night, I watch her struggle and pray she survives.
I have four sisters and my little brother Shukri.
Look at this video 😢… My siblings and I are searching through the rubble of our destroyed home for any clothes we can wear. Everything is torn, everything is broken… we are just trying to find something to cover ourselves in these hard days."
He is scared, weak, and I am the only one trying to protect him.
And my little sister Mira, only two years old, cries for milk… and I have nothing to give her.
My little sister Mira is suffering from severe malnutrition and is currently in the hospital. She is weak and unable to rest properly, and we are deeply worried about her."
I was forced to leave school. My dreams are gone.
All I can do is fight every day to keep my family alive.
We are just children… carrying a life no child should ever bear.
Please… help us survive.
Even a small donation can give: • Medicine for my mother
• Milk for Mira
• Care and support for Shukri
• A simple shelter to protect all of us
."Medicines for my mom."
If you cannot donate, please share our story.
Help us. Save us. We are slowly dying. 😭💔🙏
The army has ordered the evacuation of the areas around us. People are running in fear, carrying their children and whatever little they have left. I recorded a video so the world can see the suffering we are going through and the fear surrounding us every second.
Please, I beg you, help us before it is too late. Help us before we are bombed and disappear like so many others. Any support, donation, or share could save the lives of my children.
Please do not ignore our cries for help.

TRANS PEOPLE CONSIDERING SURGERY- READ THIS PLEASE GENUINELY I AM BEGGING YOU IT COULD SAVE YOUR LIFE
If you are getting gender affirming surgery, especially if it’s your first major surgery, PLEASE be aware that you can become SEVERELY depressed afterwards ESPECIALLY if you have a history of depression or suicidal ideation.
Post op depression is a natural reaction to the crazy mix of hormones your body goes through after major surgery as well as the stress and anxiety of recovery. Think of it like an adrenaline crash, but dragged out longer.
For me it kicked in about 6 weeks after top surgery and the worst of it lasted until about 10 weeks post op. EVERYTHING felt IMPOSSIBLE. None of the skills I’d been practicing worked. I thought everything was going to be bad forever. I didn’t attempt, but I was in the hospital. If it wasn’t for my support system I probably would have attempted.
This is not regret, but it can feel like it. I remain happy about my results to this day (going on six years later).
This is not you failing to maintain your mental health, but it can make you feel like a failure.
Things are not hopeless, but through the haze of this depression they can feel hopeless.
It can be terrifyingly sudden or it can sneak up on you. I didn’t even realize what was going on until after the depression finally passed and my mental health went back to normal.
I am writing this post because nobody told me about this before my top surgery. I was caught completely off guard. For my subsequent surgeries being aware has made all the difference. Being able to treat those symptoms as an expected and normal part of the healing journey has made them far easier to deal with. Because even when my emotions go to dark places I *know* they will pass. I have been able to tell the bad thoughts to take a bad seat and focus on healing.
PLEASE have a plan in place for if this happens. I know that this topic is taboo because of how often our mental health is weaponized against us, but I desperately want every single person getting gender affirming surgery to be aware of, and have a plan for post operative depression.
In Gaza, families live day after day between fear, hunger, and illness, in a reality that leaves no space for safety or stability. Every day becomes just another attempt to survive.

🔴 Between Hospitals and Fear... A Mother Fighting to Survive 😔
We write these words not knowing whether we will still be alive tomorrow. My name is Najah, I am a mother of six children, and I am living through days beyond what I can endure. I try to stay strong for my children, but I suffer from a severe deficiency in vitamins, iron, and calcium, which leaves my body exhausted all the time, yet I continue moving between home and the hospital without rest.
⚠️ My husband urgently needs surgery.
My husband is suffering from a severe health condition that began before the war due to digestive problems, but it has significantly worsened since then. He now urgently needs a surgical operation and continuous medical care that we cannot afford. His condition became even worse after he was injured during the bombardment while we were inside our home, increasing the danger to his life
⚠️ My child has had increased electrical activity in the brain since early childhood.
As for my son Ahmed, he is a young child not yet six years old who has suffered from recurrent epileptic seizures since birth. He needs continuous treatment, but the essential medications are almost unavailable in Gaza and, when they do arrive through the crossings, they come in extremely limited quantities, making his treatment unstable and full of risk
💔 There is no safe place left for us.
We live under constant bombardment, displacement, and repeated evacuation orders, with no safety or stability. My children live in constant fear, and we have no money to escape or even protect them, and there is no safe place for us to go. Every moment, we feel danger getting closer.
🔴 Repeated displacement and losing everything with every evacuation 💔
With every evacuation, we are forced to leave our tent, our clothes, and everything we own, fleeing in panic, losing again even the most basic necessities of life with no ability to replace them.
🔴 Children’s suffering inside tents due to harsh conditions and illness 💔
My children also suffer from recurring health problems due to harsh conditions inside the tent, where rodents and insects are widespread because of poor hygiene and lack of a safe environment, leading to painful skin infections and other health issues
🔴 Children are deprived of education due to families’ inability to provide basic school supplies 💔
They also struggle to continue their education due to the inability to afford books, notebooks, and school supplies. The cost is around $200 per child, which is completely beyond our means.
🚨 We urgently need treatment, food, and safe shelter to save my children’s lives. 💔🏥🍞🕊️
💛 Any contribution starting from $25, $50, $100, or even $200 can make a real difference in easing suffering and giving this family a chance at life.

POINT OF NO RETURN!! CHILD NEAR DEATH!! PLEASE HELP!!
6-year-old Souad has been anemic since birth, and starvation and disease due to the IOF assault have caused her severe additional health complications. In September she fell unconscious and was admitted to the hospital. She has since been comatose and fluid is building up around her brain.
Medical staff have worked very hard to reduce the swelling. But despite their efforts, Souad's brain is now hemorrhaging (bleeding). The swelling has been too persistent, and the pressure is rapidly bursting the cells of her brain, causing bleeding. This will kill her. Little Souad is dying.
She needs to be evacuated outside of Gaza, but this is extremely expensive. The cost for transport through the Egyptian border, medical care, and associated expenses comes to $6,000 usd, about €5,000 EUR. This is a devastating setback, but all we can do is push forward.
PLEASE HELP US #SaveSouad!!!
Please repost the GFM and tag #SaveSouad to spread the word!. SHE DOESN'T HAVE MUCH TIME LEFT!!!

I’m actually going to reblog a thing just because this is really important.
As someone who has epilepsy and used to have several grand mal seizures a day, I’d also like to add that “offer help” can range anywhere from keeping the person calm to explaining to them where they are and what they were doing to even just telling them they should sit and rest for a while longer (lack or coordination is common, and it can be hard to walk straight or see clearly).
It’s okay for them to take up to a half hour to fully regain their bearings and sort out what they were doing prior to the seizure. Just answer any questions calmly and be there for support.
If they come around and you start to panic or shake them or ask them what the heck is wrong with them they are going to freak out and panic too.
I cannot stress it enough that this is bad.
If someone has a seizure and they come out of it, please. please stay calm.
They are likely disoriented and confused, even if it’s only for a minute or two, and you don’t want them panicking on top of that because they can have another seizure as a result.
IMPORTANT because last year a kid in my class had a seizure, none of us even knew he was at risk for them either so just cause you don’t think you know anyone doesn’t mean you don’t
I have to stress how important it is to time a seizure. If it lasts more than a few minutes, call an ambulance.
DO NOT CALL THE POLICE. I’m dead fucking serious. I had a grand mal in public once and the POLICE were called and imagine coming out of the seizure, feeling like you got smacked in the head with a sack full of bricks, confused, dazed, in desperate need of some sugar to boost low blood pressure and some DIPSHIT has called the police and I was being threatened with being ‘drunk and disorderly’. It took a phone call to my doctors office to get them to back off. The police cannot properly deal with sick people.
Offer help can be:
assuring person where they are/what time it is
getting them something to drink if they can; seizure burns so much energy and does cause a blood pressure drop
getting them safely to transport or a carer
getting them some dignity like a blanket/towel [loosing control of your bladder and bowels is fucking horrifying]
ensuring they have a way to get home. Someone who has just had a seizure should NEVER DRIVE straight after
calling emergency services if you notice any of these symptoms because they may have stroked out.
Why you shouldn’t put anything in someone’s mouth: they will choke. Yes, they may bite their tongue but I can assure you it’s less traumatic than cracking your jaw on someone’s greasy wallet or choking on a spoon.
DO NOT HOLD ANYONE DOWN. Example: someone pinned my right shoulder mid-seizure a few years back and how I have a permanently displaced and clicking shoulder. Let the person flail around, those muscles are out of control and restraining them does cause more damage to the patient and you.
Thank you for standing by my family. I know I keep asking, but your support is what keeps us alive, especially after the recent bombing that injured us all. Our sole focus right now is saving my brother Samer. Securing his vital medications and evacuating him for treatment is our only hope. Please share our story and encourage others to donate @hazemsuhail

Israel has not honored the ceasefire for a single moment.
It has completely ignored President Trump’s peace plan, operating without restraint and entirely outside the bounds of any law, doing exactly as it pleases.
My brother Samer is racing against time. From a life-threatening coma due to a lack of bipolar medication to severe injuries from a devastating bombing. He is now caught between waiting for urgent medical travel and struggling to survive on limited medications.
Please, we need your help to save his life.🙏
