i'm trying so hard to think about what i should write in my academic essay but all i can think about rn is rabbits jumping on clouds and playing on a rainbow slide while i'm holding their carrots..

i sometimes fantasize about someone missing me so badly they lose their shit. but then i realize, who the hell would miss me that much? i don't think i've left a memory strong enough for someone to think about me constantly. silly me

when the freakiness wears off and i actually just want someone to hold me and genuinely love me and genuinely want to know things about me & give me the attention i’ve never gotten

i had four classes i should've gone to today but i skipped all of them. i have a friend group consisting of 6 people including me, and one of them texted me bc of it. she knew that if i'm being like this, i'm not doing okay since i've done this kind of thing before. i used to keep lying about how i felt, but this time i didn't lie. i told her about how i really feel.

"you're not feeling okay right now, aren't you?" she asked. and i simply replied, "yeah."

later, after i assumed classes were over, she texted me again and said, "go check outside your door." when i did, i found two bags of food and desserts (maybe because they know i often skip meals) along with a handwritten letter. a pink piece of paper, folded into a heart shape. i like to think they chose the color pink because they know it's my favorite.

the letter consists of the five of my friends' handwritings together, saying sweet, wholesome things and offering support. and the cutest part is that they wrote each of their phone numbers at the end even though i already have them lol. they wrote, "contact us if you need anything!!" and each of them added their names and "i love you" next to their numbers. so i got five i love yous from my girls today! and i love them so deeply.

i cried because i feel like i haven't been good enough to deserve this level of kindness. yet there they are, being the sweetest angels ever to me. i've never had this kind of friendship before, and now i'm so grateful to have them in my life... ♡♡♡♡♡
