A few sessions ago, the New York Coterie visited the Autarkis with @stunningtoredorsweetheart. On the way, they met with Ansley, who Nico had known in the past as The Pig, someone who had hacked him during Hell Night (The first session was a Blood Hunt against a Thin Blood and his Coterie, they were marked as Sabat, but isn't everyone who disagrees with the Cams) It was soon discovered that this was in fact, not the same person, though The Pig had done a few things for Ansley.
At first glance, Ansley appeared to be a Nosferatu. During the meeting with him, which took place at a Theater performing Les Misérables, the Coterie's Salubri cried at one of the scenes, and well, Dottie was hungry and chaos ensued. Both of them were sent into some kind of Maze that only Nosfuratu could navigate. Despite the fact that Nico was still uncertain of Ansley, he asked for his help. There, Ansley seemed to recognize him, asking if he was Deadwood's childe. Nico said yes, and nothing more was said. Everyone was able to get out of the Maze. The Coterie met with Autarkis and, afterward, were invited to Ansley's home. When Deadwood appeared there as well, Nico wasn't sure what to expect. She and Ansley began to explain some things, and as they did, the memory of Nico's embrace returned to him in full.
It was the night Conner had proposed to Nico. It was the happiest he had ever felt, yet there was this lingering feeling of being watched. He discovered his keys weren't with him. He had to get home to look for them. Conner offered to go with him, but Nico said he would be okay. He went back and found his keys snagged on a bush that often gave him trouble. There was that sense of being watched, and he looked over his shoulder, catching a glimpse of a monstrous face before a gnarled hand covered his mouth, and he was dragged into an alley. Ansley had been at such a low point that night and hungry. It was messy, some of his blood mixed with Nico's. If Deadwood hadn't been nearby, Nico would have died. She finished the Embrace and gave Nico to another Nos, who in turn gave him to a Thin Blood who is a part of Nico's Coterie. Nico has a lot of mixed feelings towards this information. Hurt. Anger. Betrayal. Was turning him into this really better than letting him die, but if they hadn't, he would never have met... Viggo. He doesn't know what to feel.
He doesn't know Viggo, the Malkavian's prophecy, that it involves a Child of Two.
Ansley is a Gargoyle, and Deadwood is a Nosferatu. During Nico's transformation into a Nos, his jaw unhinged and now has to be stapled shut. Whenever the staples snap, and his jaw is freed, it sounds like stone cracking.
There are still so many feelings and questions Nico has for his Sires. Ansley is currently returning to the city after going to Kansas City with the Coterie's Thinblood, but Ansely is on the Red List and is the same plane as the Hounds and the cease fire between the Autarkis and the Camirilla has ended.
