You’re really that girl. Don’t stop forgetting.
Repetition is the language of the subconscious. What you do daily, you become. What you affirm, you believe. What you practice, you embody.
Learn to accept your place in people's lives so you don't end up playing a role that wasn't meant for you.
We live in the best time to stand out.
The overwhelming majority of people barely read, write poorly, struggle to understand simple instructions, and can’t be bothered to look for information that is widely available.
They stay uneducated, avoid effort, and fear anything that isn’t comfortable.
They victimize themselves, blame others for their own failures, and place the hope of their success on someone else.
They think they’re the center of the universe and get offended easily.
In an environment like this, it’s not hard to stop being mediocre.
If you’re willing to read four good books a year, replace bad music with silence, and show real interest and commitment at work, you’ll already be ahead of most people.
If you also watch films that aren’t on everyone’s radar, exercise regularly, and refuse to consume personal information about other people’s lives, you’ll be ahead of thousands.
It’s not about being perfect.
It’s about doing what most people refuse to do: learning, working, improving, and taking responsibility.
And in today’s world, that alone makes you rare.
i wish more women knew beauty is an energy. it’s not about fitting the beauty standard so much as it is that tender care for your body and effort put into your outward appearance (hygiene, grooming, personal style and having fun with it) creates a magnetic energy. it tells people to regard you as important because you prioritise time and energy spent solely on yourself. it doesn’t even have to be about appearance at all if it’s not of interest - notice the same energy in people who are very skilled at something, who took the time to be great, who invested into themselves through passion and self-respect. sometimes fitting the beauty standard does help our goals, but you’d be surprised how little it can matter once you focus your energy on how you present yourself regardless of the standards. move from a place of pleasure and passion and watch it all come together.
If your mom thinks you're too demanding with men that's a sign you're doing something right
Thissss. Also when you tell men about your dating standards and they start getting mad at you, that's another sign you're doing something right
Life is so unstressful when you don’t have to perform. When you don’t have to tell people about your accomplishments, about your growth, about your plans, about your healing. When you’re not doing a million things to prove your worth. When you don’t have to curate yourself. When you’re not asking for approval
“Well how will they know then?”
They’ll know
They’ll know by the way you carry yourself. By the way your standards change. By the way your environment changes. By the way you stop explaining and start embodying. People feel it. They KNOW and quite frankly, when you’re so rooted in who you know you are, you won’t care who knows because you’ll be living your life accordingly
