#PSA If you receive a call from #PNCbank or any bank claiming your account was hacked hang up immediately and call the number on your card or go directly to a branch.. Do not hit the redial number they used. Even though they used a PNC number it was connected to their phone. We got scammed out of a nice chunk of Franks paycheck. By the time we realized it wasn't legit they pulled money out of an ATM more than one. It really didn't take long. Just don't trust who calls you. Always hang up and verify. PNC has a setting on the app that lets you take money from an ATM without a card, all they need is a pin on your app. He gave us some BS line about the pin was to verify us freezing the card, we never been in this situation before. Without thought we gave the pin. He said something went wrong and asked us to do it again. When he tried for a 3rd time Frank caught on and ended it, then went right to a branch. #BankFraudCase #ScamAlert #scamawareness #scamcalls

I noticed a big change in my mood. Becoming who I use to be, before the depression and self loathing. Only took decades, I feel emotionally fulfilled. Never thought that was possible with all the heavy baggage I been carrying around since middle school. I let go all the blame, hate, and disappointment I had for others and in myself. I blocked so much I've forgotten even the happy memories. They're coming back slowly. A big tool was therapy, in two years I graduated from that and finally feel I can stand on my own with out crutches. My *addiction*, adrenaline rush is no longer a dark cloud.
