i hear some woman put boric acid down there like literally shove the pill in w a tampon applicator but idk i don’t like all those hormone n plastics in my uterus. my suegra recommended taking baths with a little bit of apple cider vinegar in the water to settle things down in ur cooch usually after ur period.
