sometimes i’m glad henry’s entire wardrobe consists of one clothing item because literally any time they put him in something other than a flannel i spend the whole episode thinking about how good he looks instead of paying attention to like. the actual plot.

god. writing this piper fic makes me emotional because like…she overcame so freaking much off screen. like she had anger management issues for her whole life—the one time she tried to get treatment for it, she was immediately manipulated and ridiculed—but she learned to deal with them and use them to her advantage and became sharp and clever and witty instead of childish and explosive. there was a period of time in between her family falling apart and her finding out that henry was kid danger during which she was completely alone, but she still didn’t waver or let it hold her back. she got into trouble but then she did her time and came out of it with her high school credits finished three years early. she got into college. piper grew the fuck up, and probably had the best development of any of the henry danger characters even though it was more subtle, and we don’t give her enough credit for that.
