How much do the tunnels wrap back around on themselves that the reflector chamber is under the house/living room. And how could Sibuna hear Mara and Eddie in there, when they would be below not just the floor but the cellar, and how does the next task have a side chamber that leads all the way to the school?

I could buy the tunnels looping around the entire estate, what with how they connect to both the school and the library, but looping back under the house itself? Seriously?

Before they get themselves caught on tape using the bread oven tunnel, why does Sibuna care that Senkhara was on the bid footage, and that Mara wants to write an article?

I get that they don't want extra attention drawn to their whole situation, but as long as that stayed the only bit of evidence, what would have happened? A few frames in one bit of footage showing something too obscure to make out any identifying details (like the diadem)? And no other evidence?

Really, what was the worst that could have happened? Would anything of note even have happened had Joy let the article be published?

It’s not ever explicitly said why they care so much, but I always assumed it was because they weren’t sure if Eddie, Mara, and Joy being acutely aware of Senkhara meant that she would go after them, or whoever else got roped into it, too.

LOL I just think Sibuna was worried that if Joy published the article it would bring unwanted attention to the goings on at Anubis House, and would mean people were paying more attention to the things that go bump in the night at the house… which is in some ways Sibuna themselves. All in all, probably just better if Joy killed the story.

Yes of course! We deserved more of her!

People think she’s way nicer than she actually is. Williamsons are traditionally pretty mean, and Piper is no exception. She’s not openly mean like her sister, but she’s the type of person to be nice to your face then talk mad shit about you behind your back. Only if you deserve it, though. She’s equally as sneaky as her twin, but just uses her gifts differently.

Piper plays a total of four instruments proficiently: piano, violin, flute, and harp. Despite this, she is not very good at the ukulele. This pisses her off immensely because “You can’t bring the harp to a party to show off!” She also isn’t that great of a singer. The Williamsons aren’t notorious for their beautiful singing voices unfortunately.

Piper honestly fell so hard for Alfie, and it killed her to leave and not see where it went. However, she had something to prove to herself, and, at the moment, that was more important than pursuing a relationship.

Eventually Piper found out about everything her sister went through at Anubis House. At first she was like “you’re such a liar”, and it took about six people to convince her it actually happened. Piper is that much more impressed with Patricia after that revelation, and is constantly asking for stories.
