I just got my expander for my mouth and it feels so awful and disgusting i want it gone it makes me feel like I'll throw up and it feels suffocating and makes my voice sound stupid and i was having a meltdown because of it and my parent started yelling at me i just don't want it in my mouth anymore its the worst feeling ever but i have to live with it for a while i can't do this it is so overstimulating i cant do this anymore
