His competence. I don't need to elaborate, do I?

The way he can be so incredibly calm and professional on the radio but sometimes letting himself be light-hearted and funny or be swept up in emotion too; being annoyed at other people's incompetence or pushing back at Max, being happy or sad (but let's not go there).

His grudges. The ones he holds for Max and the ones he holds for himself, the weigh bridge (the "completely random" weigh bridge) especially.

The way he enjoys Max's crimes.

He may not be conventionally pretty (a lot of people aren't) but he is attractive and gorgeous (his voice is lovely and his eyes are beautiful, just to name two things) and very sexy.
