Okay, I narrowed it down to a group of 35 different files. I'm working it out now. If I find the CC it came from, and it came from Tumblr, I'll let the creator know. Otherwise, I'll list it so others don't download it.
The thing about this damn thing is that it can be attached and someone not even know it.

I'm not sure if this goes for everyone, but let me walk you through my Simming process.
I haven't played in a while, but I go to start up my game anyway.
Something is messed up, so I uninstall all CC and tell myself to never install CC that quickly again, being careful to check a few at a time.
I don't like playing without CC so I find myself in a CC loop of, "Oh, I want that!" "Okay, no more." "Oh my god, gimme that!" "Okay, just one more page." "Wow. Look at that!"
Install all downloaded files, start playing. Everything is fine.
... Then I have a deformed/chimeric baby.
Spend hours, and sometimes days trying to narrow down the culprit of those GOD DAMNED HOOKER BOOTS.
(Most of the time) Give up.
lather. rinse. repeat.
I've been at it since last night trying to find the bad CC. I haven't given up yet but I'm getting real close. I hate the person who first put those damn things into circulation as an all ages, all outfits, destroyer of fun.
Normally, I would bypass newborn since it's much easier to handle a toddler (and now I know how to "Edit Sim in Create A Sim") but I downloaded bigbangsimory's cute footie jammies and now I want a baby around. And let me just tell you, the above picture is NOTHING compared to what the newborns look like with those PJs and those freaking boots on.

2 Base Sims bc I’m so original~
People have been asking for base sims around Tumblr, so I thought, Why not join the crowd? ;)
♦ Both sims are slider free except for 3 sliders, so I included them in the download :) ♦ The only CC I used is for Base sim 1: Hair - Eyelashes - Lips [not sure though, pralinesims has a lot of lipglosses ._.] ♦ The eyes and skin are defaults

One glorious thing about using .sims3packs is that not all is lost when you run into a problem. For one thing, the first thing you should do when your launcher crashes is reopen it. Instead of scrolling through the "All Custom Content" list, do one at a time. You can scroll through Sims, Pets, Lots, Objects, etc all separately. This helps you narrow it down. If it crashes in one, open it up again and go through the others.
I'm having an issue in Objects, so I *slowly* go through the list one mouse click at a time. When it pops up that the launcher has crashed, the last one you uncover is usually the issue. Even if the window has popped up to ask you to close or debug the program, you can move it to the side and uninstall the defective CC. Once it is uninstalled, close the program and repeat.
Funnily enough, all the problems I'm running into are "official" EA DLC. So far, the boardwalk set and Roaring Heights has crashed my launcher.
Grrr. :\ It was really my own fault. I should have taken the extra half hour to reacquaint myself with CC Magic before going crazy downloading CC. Now I can't scroll through my launcher without it crashing. :\ You'd think I would have learned.. :(
These are just a few simple edits of quizicalgin’s infant footies. All I did was edit the mask to allow the foot/sock part to be recolorable and added stencils from Gymboree. Includes 3 separate files for boys and girls — I was going to add them as presets but I wasn’t sure it they’ll work in game that way, so now you all have the option to pick and choose. Custom thumbnails are also included. As usual, any questions or concerns let me know asap!

I've decided to do a legacy challenge. I'm kind of nervous because the one thing I am horrible at is making houses from scratch, no plans, etc. And having to build a little at a time is frustrating.

Ok, this only works in tab mode / cameraman mode and most simmers do not use this, but it’s just cool and good to know.
It rotates you. TO ANOTHER DIMENSION. Use SHIFT + A OR D to do this

Well I hope that explains it briefly. People don’t really use it very often in taking pictures of their sims/houses but I use it when a plan, boring picture needs a dynamic camera angle.Â
LIGHTING!!!
Ok, LIGHTING is a crucial part of a photo. It’s probably a ‘do or die’ type of thing for your pictures.Â
The basic sims 3 lighting is okay, but you will probably need a lighting mod. Lighting mods are fun. Sunlit tides and aurora skies have their own special AMAZING lighting. I don’t really use a lighting mod, infact I don’t know what lighting I have D:
TIMES OF THE DAY ON THE SIMS IS REALLY CRUCIAL. MAKE OR BREAK HERE.  for scenery pics ok

Sunset and Sunrise.
Like seriously, sunset and sunrise is the best time of day for simmers.
Taking a picture of sims kissing on the beach? Wait till sunset. Much more prettier. And I mean it. Romance = sunset ok it’s just perfect a typical match made in heaven.

if you’re gonna make upclose shots like this i would recommend the hq mod IF YOUR COMPUTER CAN HANDLE IT LIKE IF YOU’RE LIKE ME WITH A 5 Y O GRAPHICS CARD YOU CAN JUST CRY AND DIE RIGHT NOW
If you want to ~Experiment~ try different light sources. Because light sources pretty much set the mood in the picture. Dark = sad, evil Light = Happy, pure. The list goes on but it’s basically common sense.Â
mmm yes abi namikaze, how lovely of you to appear as a different light source example. horrible but noticeable example ok good got that. With this picture and pose, you can tell the mood and if your english/media teacher looked at this photo they’ll tell you to write a paragraph about the mood of this picture. but i’m blabbing on.Â
also, P O S E P L A Y E R. Poses are a staple diet in the simming community. Poses… yum…. good… poses… mmmm… yes… need i say more

In the .zip I’ve included both a furnished and unfurnished file of this house since everyone has their own style :) It was built on a 30x30 lot, furnished is $73,966 and unfurnished is $49,642. The CC you’ll need for the house is just these roofs by QBuilderz. If you use the furnished file and want it to look the same as the previews you’ll want to download these rugs.
