Makeup doesn't make a difference for a man to be attracted to a woman. It doesn't affecting wether they will view a picture or send a message. However, technology is the least mentioned topic compared to physical attributes and life encounters. People use the information and pictures on a virtual location, like a dating site, to determine a potential reality. The use of technology as a tool to make life “better”, “fun” or “interesting” is a real way that people interact and meet people to experience life to the fullest, wether it is virtual or in reality.
If this experiment were to be redone, surveying female action towards a man would useful to comparing the difference in male and female mentalities of a dating site and life encounters. I think a three month weekly alternation would also be a more accurate range because I conducted my experiment when there was a holiday. It also seemed that the first two weeks of the experiment were bias because _vanessa_jane was a new profile, therefore heavily trafficked.
