Everyone needs some of this ow and then :) Today I'm feeling lethargic. My sleeping pattern is out of whack again and I'm sleeping between 5am and 11am. I don't think I have ever felt this tired before. 😴 However, onwards and upwards! Think I will do sweet potatoes with something for dinner. :)

Nutella Cupcakes. 2.5 syns each. 125g Nutella One egg Vanilla essence Four tbsp plain flour. Mix it all up, put in the oven for 15 mins at 180 degrees. :) makes 18-22 depending on cake cases.

11th January 2017. I lost 8lbs in my first Slimming World weigh-in!!!!!! Omgomgomgomg!!!! I cannot believe it!!!! I was so sceptical and so worried it wouldnt work. How can this work??? I stuffed myself with pasta and rice which on Weight watchers is a big no no. I don't care, IT WORKS!!! Bring on next week!
