Sorry for being MIA, but I've been busy iconing muses for the revamp of this blog and working on the carrd. Not to mention work has been burning me out due to the way they run the hell hole & I've been tired af lately.

" She nearly squeals before regaining her composure so as not to draw attention to the pair from models passing through, getting ready to set up for a test run down the catwalk. 

" I mean, being in one of the biggest fashion capitals of the world is a lot to take in, but since being here the last few days, I was inspired to sketch so many new casual outfits inspired by this beautiful city. " She admitted, letting go of Jade's hands as she retrieved a sketchbook from her Bratz-branded bag from beneath the table to showcase her latest designs to her friend. " I recently sketched these designs this morning. " She admitted, pointing her pencil towards a matching blinged-out set for an owner and their pet. " I've never designed for pets, but I have to admit it was kinda fun. I'm just having trouble choosing the right fabric. I don’t want to accidentally choose something too stiff that would prevent the animal from moving comfortably during walks throughout the parks of Paris.  As a pet owner, do you have any advice? "

"Let's just take this slowly, " Merliah calmly advised the redhead as she tried to make sense of how she was able to breathe underwater without any gear. Swimming behind the other, she began to untie her wrists to allow her to freely swim around without worry that her bindings would snatch onto anything and cause her to be pulled down deeper if she passed out due to lack of oxygen.

Scanning the area, she noticed some water flowing into a nearby underwater cavern and not coming back out to follow the way the ocean current was moving. Grabbing the other's hand without hesitation, she pulled her towards the nearby cavern that she was certain would be safe and had an enormous air pocket inside. When she noticed the light shimmering through the water's surface from a crack in the cave, she knew they wouldn't have much to worry about, at least for the time being. 

Lifting her head out from the water, she breathed a sigh of relief before glancing over at the other. " I'm sure you have a load of questions, but I swear I'm not in league with whatever nutcase you came to hunt down in this part of the ocean. I came to figure out what they're doing down here that would cause the aquatic life around here such distress. "

When it was brought to her attention that she had paint in her hair by one of the triplets, she brushed her fingers through her hair to grab a handful of it from behind her shoulder to get a closer look at the paint that had ended up on the ends of her hair. " Sorry, I get a little carried away when painting. I know it isn't very princess-like to have paint in your hair. " She admitted a bit sheepishly as she let go of her hair to fall back behind her shoulder.

" I didn't have a lot of time to change when I was so focused on getting your gift done. " She comments as a nearby servant unveils her gift to the other princess. Was Rapunzel nervous that her heart felt gift wasn't enough? Oh absolutely! However, despite the simplicity of her gift as gratitude for being invited to the other's kingdom, she had high hopes that someone would be able to find the perfect place to hang her gift to allow all future royals visiting to admire it. Her gift to the other royal was nothing more than a simple painting of the dance pavilion, with the flowers symbolizing each of the twelve princesses hidden throughout the painting. 

" I know it's not much, but when I learned about your and your sister’s story with the Duchess Rowena...well, I was inspired to paint this. So what do you think? "

" It's a pretty long story. Are you sure you have enough time before your next class? "

    "Few years, few centuries, time's nearly the same with how much things change around here," he half-joked. There were moments in his life in Fabletown that really felt like home; before they were exiled. It was oddly nostalgic, but not for the happy reasons that he had hoped for them to be.

    "But ... I'd like that. I don't really have 'refined' tastes. If it's a fillin' meal, I'll eat it. Can't let food go to waste when you're offered somethin'."

    Though, to think on it more, it had him thinking: could Woody be a good father? Thinking for a moment, he kept himself leaning a little forward, humming to himself. He gave a so-so nod, and that was something that could fit. "Yeah ... old bastard will be there. He'd meet the requirements for dad. If you can move past the ... drinking and other things about him, he'll fit the 'dad' look. I wouldn't wanna compare, but ... he'd do the minimum, I'm sure."

Hearing his half-joking comment about time being the same here did cause her to chuckle lightly in response as she slowly shook her head. Yet, since settling in Fabletown, she was able to live a more peaceful life here than she had ever in the Homelands, at least before The Advisory took over their home. A place she was hoping to one day reclaim, like many other fables, despite how long it would take. For now, she would do her best to make this place feel like home despite the hardships that came with it.

" Well, your taste might not be refined, but it has improved for the better from what it used to be back then. And how many filling meals have you had lately? " She inquires as she sets her cup of tea down to top it off a bit more with some more tea that was still warm. " Because something tells me you haven't had many due to the condition of your fridge. " She comments as she adds a few sugars to her tea. " Collen mentioned it to me during my last delivery at The Farm. "

Hearing Bigby's comment about Woody had the potential to be a good father if one could move past the whole drinking, etc. Caused her to think about the potential Woody could achieve as a father, but also about the person Bigby didn't want to compare Woody to if he became a father. " I have no doubt he'd attempt the bare minimum. More than I can say for some fathers. " She mutters under her breath while stirring her sugar into her tea.

She continues shrugging off the bag she wore and opening it up. After digging around in it for a couple moments she eventually pulls out a bit of Hardwood, a garnet, and a red bellflower. "Hope these help with whatever little project you've got planned."

However, the shepredress wouldn't be rude and go digging in the other's bag without permission, waiting patiently for her to pick out the treasures she had brought for her, she began to hum a little tune. As the next few minutes passed by, she scanned each item presented to her with ideas buzzing in her mind about what little projects she could craft with each item. " These are fantastic! Especially the garnet, it's really going to bring the sun catcher together quite nicely. Would you mind helping me figure out a design for the sun catcher? I'll give you a nice gift in exchange. "
