I keep having this fantasy where i want to invite her over so we can swim. Maybe we could smoke before we jump in the water. I want to cook for her. Get some arrachera and throw it on grill, make guacamole and some baked potatoes. We could get back to swimming and once the suns sets we could head inside to watch a movie and of course there’d be a smoke break before that. Then we could just spend the rest of the night cuddled up watching movies.

I love these two weird women so much. One of the only times I’ve seen an interesting employer x employee ship.

Both of their designs are top notch, their interactions with each other and other characters are so much fun, Gamefreak really cooked with these two! And I might be overthinking this, but there is an element of a Knight (or advisor) x princess to their ship dynamic. Like, the exasperation over Jacinthe’s uptight personality, while also declaring that she will protect Jacinthe with her very life is very knightly IMO.

Side tangent, I really hope to see more human character dynamics in Pokémon that are inspired/influenced by the Pokémon type chart. A stoic, calculated Psychic-type trainer who is scared shitless of a small child who’s a bug-type trainer. An Electric-type trainer and a Ground-type trainer with an intense rivalry where neither can get the upper hand over the other. Stuff like that.
