Sleep is, a faraway dream which, ironically, you cannot have because you canât go go sleep yet

~How to get motivated when you really arenât~
We all have days when all we want to do is stay in bed and watch youtube or scroll through tumblr, but sometimes you really need to get things done.
Here are some things you can try to get motivated:
Before you get started
â if you havenât yet, go and get some breakfast and brush your theeth, because without energy you canât focus
â make your bed to keep yourself from snoozing or going back to bed during studying
â open your curtains and let in some fresh air
â fill a bottle with fresh water because you donât want to feel like you are turning into a raisin during studying
â get dressed, and then I donât mean getting into the largest hoodie and sweatpants you can find. No, wear something that looks decent and makes you feel cute while still feeling comfortable
â clear your desk and only grab the things you actually need
â tie your hair up or atleast get it out of your face
â put on some music or background noise to get yourself in the mood
During your studysession
â set yourself a timer and have a short break after you finish
â donât stay in the same position during a break. Stand up do a little dance or go walk around and find yourself a snack
â turn off your phone
â make sure your room doesnât feel too warm because nobody likes to be sweaty and sticky during studying
â make a list of things and prioritize them so you donât completely forget something
â make sure there is enough light preferably natural light
When you got it done
â Iâm proud of you so be proud of yourself
â have a nice snack or treat yourself with a facemask or some time on netflix
â realize how far you have come since you got started
I hope that these tips will help you. If you have anything to add, feel free to do so :)
Wishing you a motivated dayâĄ
This will surely help me

Iâve noticed some confusion with regards to the charactersâ last names. In Spain, people have two last names. Generally, the first last name is the fatherâs first last name, and the second last name is the motherâs first last name.Â
You can opt for the motherâs first last name to go first, but all the children in a family must have the same last name order, regardless of gender.Â
Heterosexual couples choosing to make the motherâs first last name the childâs first last name are still relatively rare.
The law where all the children in a family must have the same last name order also applies to same sex couples. You choose the last name order when you fill out and submit the birth certificate.
The last name order is not optional, people refer to a person by their name and first last name, and sometimes both last names. None of the Skam EspaĂąa characters have middle names.
These are the charactersâ âlegalâ names (I mean, they are fictional, but you know!):
Eva is Eva VĂĄzquez. Her full name is Eva VĂĄzquez Villanueva.
Jorge is Jorge Crespo. His full name is Jorge Crespo Gimeno.
Lucas is Lucas Rubio. His full name is Lucas Rubio FernĂĄndez.
InĂŠs is InĂŠs Serrano. Her full names is InĂŠs Serrano MartĂnez.
Lara is Lara Louzan. Her full name is Lara Louzan CastaĂąo.
Viri is Elvira âViriâ GĂłmez. Her full name is Elvira GĂłmez GarcĂa.
Alejandro is Alejandro BeltrĂĄn. His full name is Alejandro BeltrĂĄn de Miguel.
Cristian is Cristian Miralles. His full name is Cristian Miralles Haro.
Cris is Cristina âCrisâ Soto. Her full name is Cristina Soto PeĂąa.
Nora is Nora Grace. She doesnât have a second last name, which might mean that she was born in the United States and thus a second last name was not required in her birth certificate.
We have yet to learn Amiraâs, Hugoâs, Dilanâs and Aliciaâs last names.
Other trivia:
Viriâs last names are both incredibly common and generic. She may as well be called Elvira Smith Johnson.
Miralles is a Catalonian last name.
The last name Haro belonged to nobility during the Middle Ages (10th to 14th century).
Alejandroâs second last name, de Miguel, implies that his family is really wealthy. It used to be commonplace among the wealthy that women would take on their husbandsâ last name. Theyâd thus be called, for instance, SeĂąora de Miguel (i.e. Mrs. of Miguel).Â
In case it wasnât obvious, Grace is the English last name and is pronounced as you would in English.
Rubio means âblondâ and CastaĂąo means âchestnut treeâ and also âbrunet.âÂ

Sixty Years of Exploration, Innovation, and Discovery!
Exactly sixty years ago today, we opened our doors for the first time. And since then, we have opened up a universe of discovery and innovation.Â
There are so many achievements to celebrate from the past six decades, thereâs no way we can go through all of them. If you want to dive deeper into our history of exploration, check out NASA: 60 Years and Counting.Â
In the meantime, take a moonwalk down memory lane with us while we remember a few of our most important accomplishments from the past sixty years!
In 1958, President Eisenhower signed the National Aeronautics and Space Act, which effectively created our agency. We officially opened for business on October 1.Â
To learn more about the start of our space program, watch our video: How It All Began.Â
Alongside the U.S. Air Force, we implemented the X-15 hypersonic aircraft during the 1950s and 1960s to improve aircraft and spacecraft.Â
The X-15 is capable of speeds exceeding Mach 6 (4,500 mph) at altitudes of 67 miles, reaching the very edge of space.Â
Dubbed the âfinest and most productive research aircraft ever seen,â the X-15 was officially retired on October 24, 1968. The information collected by the X-15 contributed to the development of the Mercury, Gemini, Apollo, and Space Shuttle programs.Â
To learn more about how we have revolutionized aeronautics, watch our Leading Edge of Flight video.Â
On July 20, 1969, Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin became the first humans to walk on the moon. The crew of Apollo 11 had the distinction of completing the first return of soil and rock samples from beyond Earth.Â
Astronaut Gene Cernan, during Apollo 17, was the last person to have walked on the surface of the moon. (For now!)
The Lunar Roving Vehicle was a battery-powered rover that the astronauts used during the last three Apollo missions.Â
To learn more about other types of technology that we have either invented or improved, watch our video: Trailblazing Technology.
Our long-term Earth-observing satellite program began on July 23, 1972 with the launch of Landsat 1, the first in a long series (Landsat 9 is expected to launch in 2020!) We work directly with the U.S. Geological Survey to use Landsat to monitor and manage resources such as food, water, and forests.Â
Landsat data is one of many tools that help us observe in immense detail how our planet is changing. From algae blooms to melting glaciers to hurricane flooding, Landsat is there to help us understand our own planet better.Â
Off the Earth, for the Earth.
To learn more about how we contribute to the Earth sciences, watch our video: Home, Sweet Home.Â
Space Transportation System-1, or STS-1, was the first orbital spaceflight of our Space Shuttle program.Â
The first orbiter, Columbia, launched on April 12, 1981. Over the next thirty years, Challenger, Discovery, Atlantis, and Endeavour would be added to the space shuttle fleet.Â
Together, they flew 135 missions and carried 355 people into space using the first reusable spacecraft.
On January 16, 1978, we selected a class of 35 new astronautsâincluding the first women and African-American astronauts.Â
And on June 18, 1983, Sally Ride became the first American woman to enter space on board Challenger for STS-7.Â
To learn more about our astronauts, then and now, watch our Humans in Space video.
Everybody loves Hubble! The Hubble Space Telescope was launched into orbit on April 24, 1990, and has been blowing our minds ever since.Â
Hubble has not only captured stunning views of our distant stars and galaxies, but has also been there for once-in-a-lifetime cosmic events. For example, on January 6, 2010, Hubble captured what appeared to be a head-on collision between two asteroidsâsomething no one has ever seen before.
In this image, Hubble captures the Carina Nebula illuminating a three-light-year tall pillar of gas and dust.Â
To learn more about how we have contributed to our understanding of the solar system and beyond, watch our video: Whatâs Out There?
Cooperation to build the International Space Station began in 1993 between the United States, Russia, Japan, and Canada.Â
The dream was fully realized on November 2, 2000, when Expedition 1 crew members boarded the station, signifying humanityâs permanent presence in space!
Although the orbiting lab was only a couple of modules then, it has grown tremendously since then!Â
To learn more about whatâs happening on the orbiting outpost today, visit the Space Station page.
We have satellites in the sky, humans in orbit, and rovers on Mars. Very soon, we will be returning humankind to the Moon, and using it as a platform to travel to Mars and beyond.
And most importantly, we bring the universe to you.Â
What are your favorite NASA moments? We were only able to share a few of ours here, but if you want to learn about more important NASA milestones, check out 60 Moments in NASA History or our video, 60 Years in 60 Seconds.Â

Tarotscopes for the week of 7/8 - 7/14
Check your Sun, Moon, and Rising signs because they work better together. âď¸
This week blessings are flowing in abundance. Keep your heart and mind open if you want to receive the joy and nourishment this week has for you. Your spirit has surprises for you. But you need to free yourself first.đą
âď¸ Aries: 9 of Disks
Before you go anywhere please make sure that your foundation is strong. Travel and Love are themes for you this week. You may be taking several small trips or one big trip. Donât be in such a rush to head out the door, that you forget essential things. Pace yourself when preparing. Take care of your body. Specifically your head. Do a facial scrub/face mask, wash/do your hair, massage your scalp with oil, take extra time brushing your teeth, floss, clean your ears, all that stuff. Pamper yourself. Get cute. Be luxurious. Spend time with your loved ones. Be close to the people you care for but handle your own shit. New or old relationship things may come up. If and when they do, donât hesitate to talk about them. The quicker theyâre on the table, the easier they are to handle. You may find a new boo out of an old friend. You may just meet a new boo all together or your current no might surprise you with something cute. Trust your ability and your maturity this week. Make most of this week by taking your time. Donât feel rushed everything is unfolding at itâs own pace. You should too. Your question is âWhat part does love play in my self care?â Donât overwork yourself.
Song of the week: luxury - Azealia Banks
âď¸ Taurus: The Star
Sweetie, LET IT GOOOO. The longer you hold on the more it will feel like that thing actually has power over your life and your choices. Things would happen smother for you if just you realise that everyone isnât worth your time. Do you, and everything else will fall in line. Donât waste your energy or resources trying to hold on to dead weight. Talking and complaining about it without acting on it does nothing but give the situation more power. A plant becomes much healthier when you take of the dead parts. Otherwise itâll keep trying to feed those dead parts thinking theyâre still alive. Clip your dead parts, girl. Maybe get a haircut or a trim as a symbolic dead weight clipping. Or change something about your day to day. Make the most of your week by giving your energy to things that matter. Live for you. Your question this week is âHow can I shift my thinking to be easier on myself?â
Song of the week: Just Like A Star - Corinne Bailey Ray
âď¸ Gemini: 7 of swords
Oh no baby, what is you doin? Why are you not listening to yourself? Youâre just creating complications in things that are really simple. All you need to do is stop trying to take control. In doing so youâre tangling things up. Let go and see how everything works out. Do your part, nothing more, nothing less. You donât need to be in control for things to go your way babe. Relax. Make the most of this week by a being yourself. You can never go wrong with that. âWhy do I feel like I need to control everything? Where is my faith? What am I running from?â
Song of the week: No More (Baby Iâma Do Right) - 3LW
âď¸ Cancer: Prince of Swords
Overstimulation of the mind as a result of failing to allow emotions passage. Healthy isolation may be needed at this time in order to process feelings and/or trauma. Youâve had a lot on your plate, but if you choose to confront these feelings head on, you will come out with a renewed sense of being. Do not run from them, embrace them. Allow your current self to be a source of nourishment for your future self. You wonât regret it. Donât focus solely on the negative feelings because there is a positive side to this, you just need to be willing to wade through the waters. You will come out on top. Make the most of your week by giving your feelings a voice to speak through. Write, draw, sing. Something. âWhat does my heart have to say?â
Song of the week: Donât Take It Personal (Just One of Dem Days) - Monica
âď¸ Leo: Queen of Wands
You are royalty. A child of the sun is not to be taken lightly. You have a lot of choices to make this week. Depending on those choices, you may be shifting into a new phase of living. Massive improvements in everyday life. Convenience, and luxury await you. Be weary of wolves in sheeps clothing. Not everyone who calls you family is family. Some people see your potential and my try to hitch a ride. If they canât they will try and drag you down with them. Be careful, but donât fear. The sun canât be touched and neither can you (without consent.) Scorch those who seek to douse your light. Your roar cracks like thunder. Donât be afraid to let them have it. Put them in their place. Blessings may be found in dark places if you remember that you are the light. What you seek is seeking you. The brighter you shine the easier it will be for what you seek to find you. Be you and the world will bend its knees. Make the most of your week by making choices that reflect who you are. Big things come in small packages. Act with humility. âWhat is my worth?â
Song of the week: Chaka Khan - Iâm Every Woman
âď¸ Virgo: 6 of cups
Your love can tame the fiercest lion. Act with tenderness. Kill them with kindness. You have many tools at your disposal. You may be tasked with guidance this week. Trust your feelings. Say what needs to be said. Say it with a voice that the heart can hear. Use the heart not the mind. You are a well. You contain depths most wonât understand. But those depths contain wisdom and knowledge. Share your waters and be healed. You have all the necessary skills and tools for the tasks that you will be given this week. Handle them swiftly and with grace and the rewards will be immeasurable. Have confidence in your ability. Make the most of your week by acknowledging your softness as strength. You are soft earth. Like clay. Malleable, but with warmth, you are firm. Surround yourself in comfort and security. âHow can my will be translated through my words?â Sankofa.
Song of the week: Never Too Much - Luther Vandross
âď¸ Libra: The Chariot
Your worth is not defined by your relation to another person. Remember that you contain many selves. And each of those selves are lovers. Love you first. Love you foreal. In order to truly move forward, you need to understand that your heart is not something that should be played with. Especially not by your own hands. Be truthful in your intentions with it. Do you want to give it away simply because you canât bare the weight of your own love? You canât handle it, what makes you think someone else will be able to? If your love doesnât fit, make a new one. Theyâre all woven from the same universal fabric anyway. Redefine your love dear one. Redefine your love. If you fail to see yourself. Ask a child of the sun (Leo/sun dominant) to help shine a light on yourself. Make the most of your week by allowing yourself to move forward. âWho am I outside of my relationships?â You are already whole. Take control of that wholeness.
Song of the week: So Gone - Monica
âď¸ Scorpio: Prince of Cups
Your problem arenât what they seem to be. Donât confuse dreams/nightmares with reality. Feel, donât internalise. You embrace the cold when truthfully, you are the most warm. Your love is deep and boundless and truly unconditional. Your love in its purest form is effortless and sharp. Love is the venom in your tail dear one. Not everyone is worthy of a sting. To deny the expansive universe that is your heart would be to deny your ability to breathe. Use you discernment this week. Who is trying to uplift you? Who is just giving you more weights to sink yourself with? How long are you willing to hold on to things that are only holding you back? Make the most of your week by severing ties. You know what must be done. âWho values me?â
Song of the week: Kiss - Prince
âď¸ Sagittarius: 5 of Swords
The more you focus on your potential to fail the more that idea will manifest. Your downfall is over complicating simple things with unnecessary thoughts. The more burdens you create that harder it will be to rise and meet your goals. Knowing what you want is essential. Do your part. Do the work and your goals will be met. Call on your emotional support system. Isolation is termination. You have resources, use them! Make the most of this week by focusing on the goal. It doesnât need the the way it looks in your head in order for it to be fulfilling. A little rain is fine. The sun is on its way. Keep pushing. âWhat am I willing to do for what I want?â
Song of the week: To Zion - Ms. Lauryn Hill
âď¸ Capricorn: 5 of cups
You may need a new cup. This one has holes boo. Itâs okay to start over. Itâs okay to let go. Itâs okay to feel something. It doesnât compromise your stability. In reality it does more to secure your emotional stability. Letting go of things when itâs their time is healthy. Holding onto things when itâs time for release breeds toxic patterns. Youâr probably having trouble dealing with emotions because you think you donât have the capacity to deal with them. Sweetie youâre half goat, half fish. Itâs literally part of you. Accept the complexity of your existence and emotions. You belong wherever you plant your feet. Use your fin to navigate the currents of your heart. Harness your creativity. Mail t happen. Make the most of your week by talking about your feelings. âHow can I give my emotions passage?â âHow does doing this increase my productivity?â
Song of the week: Ainât That Easy - DâAngelo
âď¸ Aquarius: 2 of Wands
Your love is in alignment with your path. As long as you stay true to your story, your heart will never lack. Trust your intuitive choices. If someone has been on your mind and on your heart, it would be best to reach out. You are incredibly psychic. Odds are they already know what you want to tell them. But you need to remember the power of words. Speak so your emotions are heard. Now is the time to spill. Your water will not be wasted. Itâs been a little complicated, but only because you have yet use the right words. Allow your tongue to write your story. Watch your words. Watch your mouth. Donât fear rejection. If something rejects you itâs not meant for you. Sometimes scary things are only a reflection of a part of ourselves that we are fearful of. Reconnect donât isolate. Learn from the fear donât push it away. Youâll be wiser for it. Meditate and find peace before you reach out. Prepare yourself to receive any messages that may come through from this interaction. Make the most of your week by keeping an open mind and an open heart. Trust that things will work it in your favour. AĹe. âWhat parts of myself do I fear?â You are human. Grow. Blossom.
Song of the week: I Know You, I Live You - Chaka Khan
âď¸ Pisces: The Lovers | Twin Flames
Your prayers have been heard. It took a minute to process your request because you kept changing shit about it instead of having faith it would turn out in your best interest. But now youâve finally figured out the direction you want to go in. You fell back in order to observe and analyse and now, this week is a great time to jump back in and execute. Jump in with a new vibe and a renewed spirit. Love is possible, but you cannot try to define it before it happens to you. It is your hearts job to define the kind of love you need. Jump in and let your heart do itâs job. Allow yourself to be held. Watch your mouth. In a relationship two worlds birth a third. Thereâs the âMeâ, the âYouâ, and then thereâs the âUs.â How do these worlds work? Each one can serve as a safe haven. Pay attention, feel them out. This week two worlds collide. But instead of a catastrophe, itâs a masterpiece. Make the most of your week by allowing your heart to dictate your actions. If you feel it, do it. No questions. Youâll see. Trust yourself. Choose love.
Song of the week: When I See You - Fantasia
âď¸May your week be nourishing.âď¸
