Low effort intro!
Clippers are an extraterrestrial species distantly related to pinnipeds. They're highly intelligent and are aware of Earth. They're just hiding from us.
They live for around 50 years and get around by flying or 'walking' on their 2 sets of wings. They can't swim so their world revolves heavily around large, high speed boats and platforms set up at sea for them to rest if they try to fly long distance.
Clippers have very thick/tough skin and a large blubber layer to keep them warm in the air, although Rijn (blue guy) is significantly overweight and shouldn't be counted as an accurate representation for the average Clipper body.
There are multiple breeds of Clipper, the 2 most common being the big "747" and the smaller "737." Their equivalent of a cat is a "cub", which has fur unlike Clippers, who have skin similar to a rhino. Clippers have 4 fingers on each hand, with claws at the end for better grip.
