This photo is to demonstrate the progress I have made in 2 years! Those who see me almost every day have not really noticed the change. But when you look at this you legit cannot call me a Big Woman anymore. I weigh less than 160lbs now. As you can see the photo on the left etc is all about the same camera height etc. Same type of pose. I am posting this for a few reasons. My clients see me religiously and do not really notice the chance. People call me big because I am athletic and muscular. I have only dropped about 20lbs but the dimension is huge. I did this pumping iron every day 5-6 days per week. Women are so afraid of lifting because they think they will get bulky. You need a qualified trainer who understands the female form and who understands that weight training does not make you look like a dude. Also, I did this with. 6 autoimmune diseases that try to challenge me on a daily basis. I fight those meanies with a strict diet and lifestyle and proper supplementation (pharmaceutical of course). After your body starts to heal (your gut), you can reintroduce some foods that may have given you issues for a while. I have to stay away from all grains, all legumes, and all nuts/seeds. But Grassfed dairy I can do. I don't eat to much but I get some. I also can do pasture raised eggs again as well. Just not daily. You have to learn your body. You have to be patient. People want everything so fast. You think I liked being the fattest I ever was? Hell NO! I hated it. But I persevered. I trained and ate clean. I did not drink and act a fool staying up all night long. You gotta figure out how badly you want something first before you go do it! And you can't look for the easy way. #PersonalTrainer #Ocala #Florida #PortCharlotte #PuntaGorda #352 #941 #AutoimmuneWarrior #AutoimmuneHealth #Hashimotos #Celiac #asthma #rheumatoidarthritis #perniciousanemia #Diverticulitis #trainhard #eatclean #SelfieSunday #progress If I inspire you, please tag a friend.
