Issa sea tortoise, like the ones that can live to around 500 years old. They’re capable of getting quite large from what I gather.

How to Optimize Your Top Surgery Results (DI edition)
Everybody wants the best results they can get with top surgery. Choosing your surgeon and the right surgery for you is important, but you’ve also got to meet the surgeon halfway by doing these things in order to help prepare for your surgery and heal from it:
1. Work out your chest in the months leading up to your surgery. This is most important if you are opting for the DI (double incision). The more pronounced your pectoral muscles, the easier it is for the surgeon to make the incision in the best possible spot (right under your muscles) so that your scars will be less obvious.
2. Follow all of the instructions your surgeon gives you regarding medication, smoking, and alcohol use. Also, make sure to ask about all of these things beforehand. Some surgeons prefer their patients to go off of testosterone a couple of weeks before surgery-you need to know about this and follow their instructions exactly! Smoking is particularly bad because it inhibits healing.
3. After surgery, don’t pick at anything, mess with your bandages, or pull out your drains early. You need to be patient and allow the healing process to take place. Also, try to get as much rest as possible and don’t try to resume normal activity before your surgeon says it’s okay. The first few weeks of healing will determine the way your chest looks for the rest of your life, keep that in mind and don’t try to cut corners.
4. Apply products such as cocoa butter or vitamin E to your scars. These help the healing process (of course, wait until the surgeon tells you doing these things is okay). You can also buy silicon strips to place over your scars that help them heal.
5. Eat healthfully! There are some foods to eat after surgery to help the healing process.
