Details:
400 degrees 30-40 min roasted chicken - seasoned with Borsari blend (sea salt, coffee, sugar, garlic powder, paprika, coriander, chile pepper, cocoa, garlic, basil, rosemary, black pepper, nutmeg)
Roasted with blood orange balsamic glaze - 3/4 C Balsamic, 1/4 C Blood Orange Balsamic, 1/3 C Mielbio Italian Forest Honey.
Medley of Baby Potatoes - olive oil, garlic powder, basil, thyme, black pepper, grated Parmesan.
Rainbow Carrots - olive oil, basil, thyme, black pepper.
Sautéed Kale - sautéed in olive oil w/ minced garlic & Anaheim chile flakes, zest of one blood orange & a splash of fresh blood orange juice, topped with pomegranate seeds and goat cheese crumbles.
Morels - sautéed in butter & salt
