He looks long and hard at a sheet of paper covered in words, written by none other than his daughter. His eyes kept a focused glare as he reads the text over a few times. Finally, he looks up ready to make his address. “Okay, so that feel when.... You have got to be kidding me. This is stupid. I’m not reading this.” He crumples the paper into a wad and carelessly tosses it behind him, knowing full well he would pick it up later. Littering was not something he was about. “I’ve been busy. I’ve not been here. I’m going to try to be here more often. I would ask for forgiveness, but frankly I don’t care. This isn’t an apology. Talk to me. Don’t talk to me. It really makes no difference to me.” He stuffs his hands into his pockets after giving a passive wave. He exits immediately after.
