I am in eating disorder recovery for food adversion. Eating disorders can be triggering, for me I don't mean it triggers behaviors but it's stressful

I am clinically depressed and medicated for it. Medication does help but it doesn't fix anything. I'm not okay and self harm and suicide (even hints towards) can be very triggering

I recently got out of a relationship where the other person would hurt themself basically just to stress me out and get attention

I don't mean any hate or anything because of this, I just need it to be known, I'm really sorry about all of this
