Happy Halloween! - October 2017 Half a year ago, my DnD group did an art exchange, and for Halloween we decided to do one again! We chose to draw each other’s characters in Halloween costumes, and man, was it fun. I got to draw @fizzelston‘s Olivier, the scariest boy of our group! BIG SHOUTOUT to @fizzelston, @carlinings, @art-of-hannah and @the-joan-of-art for being great friends! Check out their parts too, they don’t disappoint!

Aaaand the other three notebooks for Abunai!Con! I loved experimenting with the glitter on these, it was a lot of fun! The Homestuck and FFXIV books have found a new home, I might sell the leftover ones on another con or online.

NieR: Automata Keychains - July 2017

My personal project for the next con I’ll be attending together with the Gouden Stronk! I didn’t have a lot of inspiration for prints this time (and of course I do now, curses!) so I decided to focus on something else I didn’t try yet, which is double sided keychains! 

I loved NieR: Automata, both the characters and the game, so I really wanted to make some merchandise for it. I’m really happy with how these came out and can’t wait to see how they’ll look! These keychains will be available at Abunai! Con this August! Come take a look at our table!!

I have a sketchblog as well!! I’ll post work there that.... isn’t worthy to be on here, I suppose. Mostly sketches and doodles and things I didn’t spend a whole lot of effort on. Take a look if you want to keep up with everything I draw!

I ran out of things to post for a while, since (aside from schoolwork) I was quite busy with drawing conventionart which isn't allowed to see the light of this blog yet. I had time to decorate these diaries for friends, though! It was fun working on a bigger canvas than my previous notebooks and I'm eager to try this once more!

Klaartje the Cleric (Secret Stronk) - July 2017

Last weekend the art collective (and friend circle) I’m part of, the Gouden Stronk, held our yearly Secret Stronk event! As per tradition, I made another traditional piece this year of @hagelslag​‘s character Klaartje Boontje. I was inspired by art nouveau pieces, which I tried to recreate. While I’m not completely satisfied with the outcome (I really have to find a way to draw perfect circles with fineliner....) I put a lot of work and effort in it, and hopefully I’ll get to try this style again in the future!

This weekend our art collective, the Gouden Stronk, attended our first convention (the dutch comic con) as dealers. Hard to believe we actually did it, as we started out as just a group of internet friends with a love for art and memes. We had a great time!

Pokemon Sun and Moon stickers - March 2017

Finally finished the stickers I planned for the DCC, and with that, I’m officially finished with my own preparations! I threw in some shiny versions for fun, too. Who’s your favorite? Mine’s Jangmo-o!

Aaaand my last print for the DCC is finally done, this time the five Paladins from the Voltron series! I’m very happy I managed to finish six prints in total, three of which I managed to draw in a little over a month. I’m very excited for the DCC, please do stop by!
