Kissing Calvin wasn’t the worst thing she could imagine in the world. In actuality, it was probably one of the many few things in life that she found herself, quite selfishly, wanting very much. Having never even been on a date before, the concept of any man or woman deluding themselves into being attracted to her a difficult notion to grasp, the idea of kissing somebody terrified her far more than she liked to admit. Which, in itself, was quite embarrass, not to mention the fact that only up until very recently she’d never even met somebody that she wanted to kiss. And now she’d managed to find two people, one of which appeared to be trying to do exactly that.
The other person, a crush she’d frantically pushed aside in a hasty attempt to protect her own fragile heart – as there was no doubt that pursuing that crush would end in her own embarrassment, and the discomfort of him in question – was somebody that she was sure would tell her to just suck it up right now, probably followed with some sort of crass advice that would undoubtedly turn her cheeks a violent red. Bloody hell, Parker. When a very handsome man is trying to kiss you, it does not bode well when you’re thinking about kissing another handsome man. Certainly not when you’re far too terrified of the prospect altogether, no matter whose lips they are.
Pulled from her own jumbled thoughts, and from Calvin himself, Hero let out a tiny squeak as a noise sounded beside them, jumping backwards, distancing herself just a beat from Calvin, as though she were some sort of misbehaving teenager caught during some unspeakable act. If only she could behave more like Ophelia, and not be such a prude, as her sister would have put it, maybe then she wouldn’t be making such a tit of herself. Her eyes widened, however, when she finally straightened herself up, and her gaze landed on none other than Bennett.
Bennett. The very same man that she had just been thinking about kissing. Bloody fucking Jesus. She could feel the heat rising to her ears, her stomach dropping as she stared between the two boys; the two roommates. What on Earth were the odds that the only two men that she’d somehow managed to find herself attracted to in recent years happened to live together.
Guilt rose up inside her chest as she contemplated lying to Calvin and acting as though Bennett was a complete stranger. She wasn’t even sure why she felt guilty, nor her desire to hold back the truth from her date, but a strange pang in her chest was telling her that it was the right thing to do. However, she wasn’t given much of an opportunity to say anything at all when Bennett grinned widely at the two of them, profanities spilling from his lips as he stared at the pair of them in awe.
Nodding meekly, Hero found herself wrapping her arms tightly around her own body, rubbing gently at her bare arms that now appeared to be exposed to some unidentifiable chill, goosebumps dotting their way down her skin. Shamefully, Hero cast her eyes away from Bennett, staring down at her feet as he excitedly clapped his friend on the shoulder. She knew it was wrong, but a part of her felt disappointed that Bennett seemed so over the moon for the two of them. When she’d met him, she thought that they’d hit it off quite well, despite her unending clumsiness and inability to go half a second without swearing in the poor man’s face. And then, when she’d announced that she’d been asked out on a date, he’d seemed so completely uninterested in her actually going on it – even going as far as to tell her not to – that she’d allowed herself 5 foolish seconds to wonder if maybe Bennett might have been jealous. She knew, of course, that it was a moronic thought and that somebody like Bennett would never be interested in somebody like her.
Evidently a much more decent person than herself, Bennett immediately made it all too clear that he and Hero had already become acquainted, referring back to the first time they’d met and the way he’d belted out the Spanish singer’s song to her. She also recalled the way he’d wrapped his arms around her, and the way her heart had pounded in her chest, but she buried that thought immediately.
Chewing nervously on her lip, she glanced at Calvin – who seemed particularly bothered at the interruption of their date – and forced a very weak smile on her face.
“No, he bloody did not!” she exclaimed, barking out a pathetic attempt at a laugh, sounding more like a dying seal than anything else.
Clearing her throat, she reached out and closed her hand into Calvin’s once more, before elbowing him softly in the side.
“We, um… Bennett and I, we’re actually friends!” she explained, not wanting to leave him too in the dark. Unsure of herself, she anxiously glanced back towards Bennett to gauge his reaction, unsure whether or not he would consider the two of them friends. Perhaps they were just two people with a mutual friend in Hunter, and he was just tolerating her in the hopes that he might be able to bed her lovelier, far more gorgeous friend.
“Um, so… How do.. How do you know each other?” she asked, her nosiness getting the better of her.
Calvin had been delighted to go home and tell his Pemberleys about his impending date with Hero. Well, mostly Bennett. He was actually already feeling guilty about the look he’d likely see on Ellis’s sweet face since she’d decided long ago that they were going to get married, and this would put a bit of a wrench in that. Bennett however, he was interested to see how he’d react. Calvin childishly wanted him to be a little upset, or at least get him back for all the times he’d ‘accidentally’ stumbled into Calvin’s room with whatever date he’d found at the bar or a coffee shop or in the lobby of Messina, leaving him up the rest of the night trying to convince himself that he wasn’t jealous. Because he wasn’t. Not at all. It didn’t make him nauseous to hear Bennett across the hall with someone else. It didn’t make him want to put his head through a wall when he walked into the living room to see his roommate making out with someone that was not him, a feeling similar to that time anyone looked at Hero for too long. No sir. And that’s why he was going to calmly and not at all gloatingly tell the other man about his date.
He wasn’t too far off in anticipating Ellis’s reaction and he’d immediately stepped forward, crouching a little to look her in the eyes and make sure she knew she was still his favourite lady, because he did truly love her. Just not in the way she might have wanted, and he did feel bad for that. Her brother, however, had stood silently behind her and gawked at Calvin as if he’d just told them he had a third nipple or that he was running away to be a traveling magician, and he glanced back apprehensively. Calvin really had no right to be jealous because he was insistent that he didn’t feel anything for Bennett, and Bennett had no right to be jealous either but here they both were trying to make it happen anyway.
In his mind if Bennett could parade person after person past him and act like it didn’t matter, then why couldn’t Calvin do the same? And besides, he really did like Hero. It was shit of him to use that to try to get a reaction out of Bennett but he was truly excited for their date as he already really, really fancied her, and hopefully it would go well enough to lead to a second date. He was hoping she would enjoy what he had planned, and if she was happy he would have fun no matter what.
That he was right about, the evening was going amazingly and just on the verge of perfect, literally about to end the night with a kiss when Bennett flung the door open and proceeded to interrupt the entire thing, the scowl on his face quickly turning to a shit-eating grin when he laid eyes on Hero, and Calvin looked between the two of them with an incredulous expression.
“You— you two know each other?” he asked, his voice a little hoarse as he tried to grasp the situation, thrown off by the mention of Enrique Iglesias and Bennett hitting him in the shoulder. It was clear they knew each other with the way they were joking and laughing.“That’s— well, that’s just grand,” he choked out, still looking between the two of them and turning his head so hard that he momentarily worried it might come unhinged.
He calmed down slightly when Hero took his hand and leaned into his side, and he held her hand in his own tightly, less worried now that she was going to bolt and not talk to him ever again. He blanched a little when she asked how they knew each other and he shuffled his feet some, releasing her hand to put his arm around her waist and raising an eyebrow up at Bennett.
“Oh, us? We, ah, go way back…we’re roommates actually. Ellis too. Um, Ellis is Bennett’s sister. Yeah.” he said, nodding and shoving his free hand into his pocket, relieved that he hadn’t unknowingly slipped something in there earlier in the evening which would have been awkward to deal with later.
At once, Calvin was frowning and Hero was barking out a laugh that made Bennett flinch in surprise. Not knowing where to look first, Bennett simply raised an eyebrow and allowed his eyes to dart between the both of them, wondering how many people he’d actually pissed off in his life in order to find himself in the midst of a shitstorm like this.
“You didn’t sing Enrique to her?” Bennett asked innocently enough, but there was a glint in his eyes as he turned his gaze to Calvin. It was almost challenging, a dare of such, that Bennett pressed on harder when he shrugged as casually as he could and added an, “Because I did.”
Normally, he’d act like a wanker like this all for the sake of scaring off Calvin’s date or simply to mark the territory he had no right to claim. But he wasn’t against Calvin’s date this time, he was against Calvin. However, that was a thought which was flipped on its head when he looked back at Hero, barely masking a scowl when he eventually had to face facts and accept that this was the girl that had managed to make Calvin so giddy for going on a week now. He had quickly dismissed any ideas of pursuing the redhead, but that didn’t mean that Calvin got to date her instead. And shouldn’t she be staying away from his roommate? His jealousy fired out more contradicting thoughts his way until he was left feeling frazzled and confused about who he was more frustrated with.
When Hero stated, unsure as it was, that she and Bennett were friends, the man in question slowly raised his eyebrows. Should anyone have asked him the same question, he wasn’t sure how he would have answered, but his eyes quickly shot to Calvin for his reaction. He was delighted to see the other man look completely appalled, despite his words, and a smile made its way across Bennett’s face.
“Uh, best friends,” he cheekily corrected her. He reached out to prod her jokingly on the shoulder. “Absolute riot this one is.”
He was caught off guard by the sight of Hero reaching out to clasp Calvin’s hand in hers and his vision went green once again. Clenching his jaw and trying not to look like he wanted to hurl himself down the stairwell, he listened as Calvin gave a detached explanation about how himself and Bennett knew each other.
The sentimentality of the ‘we go way back’ was immediately cancelled out by Calvin bringing up Ellis, who would probably deal with this whole situation a lot better than her big brother was doing. Bennett had never waxed lyrical about his roommate to Hero, but that was because he didn’t know the pair knew each other – or liked each other, something he was having a particularly difficult time processing. He had hoped for a little bit more on Calvin’s part and eyed the man cautiously. He had no right to be mad that he was being written off as nothing more than a roommate, but he was and he wasn’t confused about why. It was painfully clear why he was so frustrated, and so his puzzlement gave way and made room for spite.
“Yep,” he nodded in agreement and turned to Hero. “We figured a flatshare would be better ‘cause porn doesn’t really pay well. Plus, it’d be difficult to get the camera and lighting kit back and forth between our places.”
He leaned against the doorframe, further away from Calvin. Just in case the other man wanted to take a swing at him.
“But why focus on that? We should be getting the chat about your date!” he exclaimed. With that, he reached out to fist the material of Calvin’s jacket in his fist, pulling him closer so he could swing an arm around his friend’s shoulders. Twisting his torso, he threw his other arm around Hero, settling himself in between the two of them and marching them into the flat.

Bennett: Legenddddd. Happy fucking birthday, Hunter

Hero was shaking. No, not shaking, she was trembling, and at an alarming rate. Lucky for her, clad in a gorgeous white dress that had been expertly chosen from her closet by Hunter, she was able to blame it on the cold, rather than her overwhelming nerves. Calvin had, true to his word, treated her to an incredible night. She hadn’t ever been to a drive-in cinema, nor had she ever been overly interested in the concept, but anything that involved her excitedly watching her favourite movies had her seal of approval.
Calvin had proven himself to be quite the gentleman. He had shown up to her flat at the exact time that he had promised he would, had escorted her downstairs to where his car was waiting in front of the apartment complex, and had even let her pick the music on the radio on the way (Hero had opted for no music as she’d been much more eager to talk to and get to know Calvin instead). Naturally, the showing hadn’t been all of the Harry Potter movies, as that would’ve been ridiculous, but as first dates go, she had had a wonderful time. After a long drive back to Messina – Calvin wasn’t a fan of short cuts, much to her delight – and a, perhaps, too giddy recap of exactly who was who and just why Calvin shouldn’t trust Severus Snape, they had reached their destination.
Opening the door for her, Calvin held out his hand, a soft smile on his face, and Hero – in all her social anxiety and shock at such a cute guy wanting to spend time with her – had snatched it a little too eagerly, linking her fingers with his own. She hadn’t ever held hands with anybody that wasn’t family, and a part of her had expected his hands to be clammy, or for her to feel a little uncomfortable, but it felt nice. Now that the night was drawing to a close, Hero could feel herself getting increasingly more nervous, surprisingly moreso than she had at the start of the night. While so far Calvin had been nothing but a delight, she hadn’t ever been on a date, and she knew that a lot of people were only ever interested in one thing, and sex was the last thing on her mind right now.
“Oh,” Hero muttered, mostly to herself. She had been so lost in thought that she hadn’t even noticed that they had already passed her floor, and were now standing outside of an apartment that was not her own. Maybe Calvin did have ulterior motives. As they stood there, Calvin looking as rugged and handsome as he had the day they had first met, she felt a flutter in her chest. It wasn’t even that she didn’t want to be with Calvin, but this was her first ever date and she’d never been with anyone – male, female, or otherwise – in any capacity, and she certainly wasn’t ready after just one outing.
“Are we… Coffee?” she asked, nervously. She looked down at their hands, feeling a blush rise to her cheeks. Taking a deep breath she looked back up at Calvin, who was now staring at her in a way that nobody had ever looked at her. Her heart was pounding in her chest as she recalled his comments from earlier in the night, when he had told her that she looked beautiful, and the way he had brushed a strand of hair from her eyes as they watched the movie. She was sure that the blush hadn’t left her cheeks all night, a broad smile present on her face throughout the evening, and now all she could do was stare dumbly back at Calvin unsure of what the right thing to say or do was.
She knew that she could just say goodnight and leave things awkwardly, regretting her own idiocy for the rest of her life, or she could be honest with Calvin and scare him off entirely. As she deliberated over several unappealing possibilities, Calvin’s hand was at her face again, lightly tucking her hair over her ear. His face was mere inches away from her own, the butterflies in her stomach were increasing tenfold, and her breath was shaky as she stared into his eyes.
“Th- thanks,” she breathed, her voice shaky from anticipation. Was he going to kiss her? He looked as though he was going to kiss her. She wasn’t even sure how she felt about the situation. She liked Calvin, of course she did. He was handsome, and incredibly sweet, and his smile sent the same fluttery feeling through her chest as Bennett’s did – not that that was relevant, obviously – but she wasn’t sure if she was quite ready. What if she was a terrible kisser? What if she had bad breath? Oh God, what if she tasted of the awful tuna melt she had eaten for lunch that morning? She had brushed her teeth four times when getting ready for her date, and Hunter had even made her promise to keep a packet of chewing gum on hand.
As Calvin’s face closed in on her own, the soft touch of his hand carefully pressed to her cheek, she shut her eyes. She knew that she should say something, give him the opportunity to opt out now, but she didn’t know what, or how. She could feel his breath, warm against her skin, and just as his lips should have been brushing her own, she heard a soft creak beside them.
Snapping her eyes wide open, she stared back at Calvin, whose face was still a bare inch away from her own, his eyebrows furrowed in a look of confusion. Not quite the look she wanted to see on the face of the first ever person she might kiss.
Calvin had been on a good few dates in his life, and while he always did his best to be polite and well-mannered he couldn’t remember any of those making him feel like he wanted to make the absolute best impression possible, not like this one. No one like Hero. He’d been taken with her from the moment he’d met her, all red hair and swearing profusely every other word, and for once he wasn’t cursing himself for kleptomania when he’d found her keychain in his jacket pocket. He wouldn’t go so far as to say it was fate, that was stupid, but it didn’t seem like just a coincidence that he’d met her, and he hoped he wouldn’t ruin it this time.
He vaguely remembered seeing the Harry Potter movies as a kid, though he was far more enamoured with superheroes and preferred to sit and read his comics, but Hero seemed to love them with an intensity almost as strong as his love for Barry Allen, and so he would sit through all 8 movies if that was what she wanted. He’d caught wind of some sort of play by the same author but was disappointed to see that it was only playing in London, however the quaint little drive-in cinema in downtown Wellington had saved his ass and decided to show the first two films during the week of their date, and he’d excitedly booked them a spot and taken his car to be washed and made presentable by the time Friday rolled around.
All in all it was set up to be a lovely evening, even though Calvin would have had a good time anywhere as long as Hero was there too, but he wanted to make it special for her and even more so after she admitted to him that she’d never really been on a date before. He couldn’t believe that no one had asked her out before him but he also felt honoured that she’d agreed to go with him of all people, and he was determined to make sure she had a good time. She chatted excitedly on the drive there, giving him an overview of the story beforehand so he would know what was going on, and he listened along happily, answering questions here and there when she asked about him, too. She’d bounced excitedly in her seat when the opening credits started and he nearly forgot to look at the screen, too taken with the girl next to him to bother paying attention to the movie. Overall he did enjoy them, and the little comments whispered to him by Hero throughout the films about who was good and bad and why he shouldn’t trust them had made it even better. He could go on and on about superheroes for hours and he knew what it was like to have people show disinterest when he was excited, and he wouldn’t ever do that to her no matter the subject. He probably didn’t look nearly as cute as she did when doing that, though.
She’d taken his hand quickly when they arrived back at the building and he’d held onto it firmly, enjoying the feeling of her smaller hand in his own. She started to look a little nervous once they passed her floor and he paused, hoping it wasn’t too presumptuous of him not to have asked if she wanted to come in first. “Coffee, yes. If you’d like?” he asked hopefully, trying to figure out a way to let her know that it wouldn’t be anything more than that if she didn’t want it to be. “I have tea, too, if you’d prefer that.” he said, reaching out to tuck a wayward strand of red hair back behind her ear. It was entirely cliche, them standing in front of his door at the end of the date and staring at each other, but it felt right to him. He wanted to kiss her, he’d wanted to since he’d first met her but now was a perfect time, and he grinned at her while taking a small step closer.
Everything was perfect for a few seconds as he leaned in, his mouth barely brushing hers as he felt her hands bunched up on the lapel of his jacket, when the door suddenly opened. He turned his head to the side with a look of confused that soon turned to utter annoyance when he spotted Bennett behind the door, and he stood there with his eyebrows furrowed. God fucking dammit, Pemberley. You absolute cockblock.
“Uh, this is my roommate.” he said to Hero, clearing his throat loudly so that the man in question might take the hint and scram.
Bennett wasn’t sure who was more displeased about Calvin announcing that he was going on a date. Whilst he had gaped at the man, Ellis had simply been appalled upon realising that Calvin wasn’t making good on his promise to marry her one day – something she had made him agree to under duress when Bennett had half-carried her home one night, drunk off her ass and crooning that his roommate was destined to be her husband if he didn’t hurry up and make a move first. Bennett hadn’t made that move, yet neither had Ellis, and it turned out that both of them were losing their roommate to a girl that, so far, Calvin had been very secretive about.
Eventually, the two of them had pulled themselves together, with Ellis clamouring to pick out an outfit for Calvin, and Bennett cheekily throwing a handful of condoms at his best friend. They had been batted away, but Bennett was unperturbed.
Watching Calvin leave had sent an uncomfortable pinching feeling shooting through his gut, but he had pushed it away. It wasn’t as if he couldn’t have anyone else if he wanted them. His dates had always ended up with himself and whatever man or woman he had charmed stumbling into the apartment and disturbing the other residents. He had little care for being considerate, and had always relished in the absolute stink eye that Calvin often sent him when he ‘accidentally’ ended up tugging his date into the other man’s room instead of his own.
Ellis seemed to have gotten over losing Calvin to another girl remarkably well, and Bennett could hear her laughing with Rory in their bedroom. He had long since resigned himself to the fact that his little sister insisted on platonically sharing a sleeping space with a man who went through more of Wellington’s women than he did, but the sound of them giggling together put him on edge. Grinding his teeth together, he shouted at the two of them to shut the fuck up. Ellis’ cheeky retort had resulted in him yelling a cheerful reminder that he had fucked Henry, and by the end of their argument, he was sure that the whole of Messina had been made aware of Bennett’s sex life, Ellis’ distaste for it and Rory’s desire for them to both quieten down so he could continue to nurse the hangover that Bennett’s sister was happy to treat.
All in all, Bennett was in an absolute dire mood. He lifted his phone and scrolled through his contacts to see if there was anyone on there that hadn’t had their hands down his pants yet. Shane was always worth considering, although Bennett knew he had more luck with Eddie given that Harvelle was insistent on adhering to those insane rules put in place. That, and he only seemed to have eyes for that bloody bookworm he lived with. He was busy deciding between a threesome with Shane and Eddie, and simply texting Monty to ask if he wanted sucked off in the hallway when he heard a familiar voice outside his door.
Apparently, Calvin was home. And he had brought his date with him.
Bennett raised an eyebrow and stared at the closed door. Ellis’ giggling sounded from her bedroom again, grating on his nerves, and between his sister’s ability to easily get over Calvin bloody Dunne and the bell-end in question sweet talking his mystery girl outside the apartment, Bennett realised that he was the only one not having any fun tonight. He decided that wouldn’t do, and picked himself up off the couch. He quickly strode over the apartment, deciding that his night couldn’t get any worse, only to open the door and realise that he had never been more wrong.
There stood Calvin, and his face was inches away from the redhead that had been occupying Bennett’s thoughts for weeks. They were thoughts that Bennett had been eager to suppress, as whenever he imagined spending time with Hero, it wasn’t for some quickie that he’d forget about a few hours later. He’d foolishly imagined hand-holding and the woman’s awkward laughter when she stumbled over sentences riddled with swear words that made her blush as soon as they left her mouth. Those thoughts had been buried underneath the well-intentioned roses he’d purchased from Ellis’ shop, now stuffed into a bin outside with broken stems and dying petals.
Of course this was who Calvin had taken on a date.
The three of them stood awkwardly in the hallway, Calvin now pulling away from what had presumably been an almost kiss as he attempted to introduce Bennett. He obviously had no idea that his roommate and date knew each other, Hero’s confused face making it clear that she had no idea the two men were friends either. Despite his heart sinking in his chest in a rare moment of genuine devastation and humiliation that he wasn’t used to, Bennett recovered first.
“You’ve got to be fucking kidding me!” he burst, a wide grin forcing itself onto his face. The situation was amusing, but to a bystander, not to Bennett who wanted to slam the door on his fucking head. Still, he screeched out a painfully over-exaggerated laugh anyway and clapped Calvin heavily on the shoulder.
“This is your date?” he asked, before jabbing a finger in Hero’s direction. He focused on a spot above her head, unable to look her directly in the eyes. “Mate, I hope you sang Enrique to her. That’s her favourite. Isn’t it, Hero?”

Henry: If I come to collect my jacket you're going to, ahem, seduce me again, aren't you?
Henry: I feel like a naughty child, goodness. I need to get it together.
Henry: Excuse me? I was drunk, but I certainly wasn't drunk enough to... Bennett, please! Stop teasing. :)
Bennett: Are you easily seduced by me?
Bennett: Naughty ;)
Bennett: You want to be Henry Pemberley.
TEXT: HENRY
Henry: You're enjoying this very much, aren't you? I... perhaps it's time for me to be quiet. If I recall, talking too much is what got me here, actually.
Henry: Goodness, Bennett. I very much enjoyed last night, but I certainly wouldn't want to upset dear Ellis.
Bennett: I could think of better things for you to be doing with your mouth, to be honest.
Bennett: I'm sure Ellis will be delighted to hear about our upcoming wedding. You're not taking your proposal back, are you?
TEXT: HENRY
Henry: Ah, no! I didn't mean that you're not... Just that, perhaps, you have a very different air about you to any of the men and women that I've ever been with and... I believe that I'm digging myself some sort of hole here.
Henry: Goodness! You're going to tell her? Will she be upset with me? I sure do hope not.
Henry: I wasn't trying to... sext you... I promise, I just... I didn't mean... This is what I mean, you see. You're very good at making people blush, aren't you?
Bennett: By all means, keep going and tell me about this air I apparently exude.
Bennett: Well, we'll just have to find out, won't we?
Bennett: It's been known to happen ;)
TEXT: HENRY
Henry: That's not what I meant! Goodness. I just meant you're very, well, I'm not sure 'charming' would be the word, but I end up a little flustered.
Henry: Well, I'm glad. That's good, ah. This is strange. Will Ellis be upset with me? I do hope not.
Henry: I think that, unfortunately, some people are less fortunate than you and I and so often find themselves on the streets, yes. But the kind of nature that I enjoy usually involves... Birds, and bees! :)
Henry: I mean, just birds... and then Ellis is very much interested in bees. I wasn't making an inappropriate joke.
Bennett: Oh, so you don't think I'm charming?
Bennett: I can't wait to tell her I fucked her best friend.
Bennett: The birds and the bees, hmm? Are you trying to sext me?
TEXT: HENRY
Henry: Yes, well, you have a very strange effect on me. I don't know why I just admitted to that, oh goodness.
Henry: I look cute? That's... Well, very sweet. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised that you find me at least a small bit desirable after last night... I, um... Ah, I hope i'm not the only one that enjoyed myself?
Henry: Goodness gracious, yes. I mean, no! I wasn't saying yes to agree. I'm not sure why I said yes, actually. I just... That's, perhaps, not the correct thing to say.
Bennett: A strange effect? I believe that's just called a boner. Did no one ever give you the talk?
Bennett: Relax, you're definitely not the only one who enjoyed yourself.
Bennett: I think nature is where the homeless people live, Henry.
TEXT: HENRY
Henry: Ah, well, of course I remember. It's pretty hard to forget all of... that.
Henry: I had a lot of fun.
Henry: Because you seem to enjoy making me nervous, and you have a habit of making me blush, and I think that perhaps you might be teasing me right now... :)
Henry: Pardon? Why so? It smells of nature, Bennett! Surely that's just wonderful?
Bennett: You're welcome.
Bennett: You definitely seemed like you were.
Bennett: You look cute when you blush. And that tends to be a byproduct of my teasing and just my general charm and wit, so.
Bennett: Isn't nature that place where the homeless people live?
TEXT: HENRY
Henry: Ah, goodness. That was... Well, I see, yes... When we... did that.
Henry: You're trying to make me nervous, aren't you?
Henry: You got my jacket washed? Well, that's very kind of you, Bennett. Thank you. I think.
Bennett: It's very reassuring to hear that you remember.
Bennett: Not at all! What makes you say that? Am I making you nervous? Top laugh.
Bennett: Yes, it made me sad to smell.
TEXT: HENRY
Henry: Bennett, hello.
Henry: I, um... I believe you left your jacket last night.
Henry: In my apartment, I mean. When we... Ah, you know.
Bennett: I did think that belonged to you.
Bennett: When I sucked your dick? When we fucked? You can say it, you're a big boy. Very big in fact, if I recall correctly ;)
Bennett: Your jacket is at the laundrette's by the way, it was covered in pollen.
