hey girlies, I know I’ve been inactive on this acc for soooo long, but I need to rant:
there is deadass nothing worse than going from than the most peak lean body you’ve ever had and legit having abs to binging and gaining like 15 pounds. Like I was literally maintaining 115-125 for the longest time. Then I finally was able to hit 108-110 and was looking so good, but then my fat ass had to ruin it and binge, so now I’m 137, which is the heaviest I’ve been in so long. Tbh this all happened so fast like legit in the span of oct-dec, so I’m just so mentally worn out and have the worst body dysmorphia ever 😝😝 BUTTT now it’s January baby and we is backkkk I AM WAKING TF UPPPP AND REMEMBERING WHO TF I AMMM

Before you binge
Is it worth it? What are you really getting out of it? It’ll satisfy your hunger, but so would a regular meal. You know what it won’t do? Help your confidence. It’ll make you feel like shit. It could make you bloat. It could make you gain weight. It can ruin the mental progress you’ve made. So what good will it do?
Instead of binging, look at some spo. Do some stretches. Draw or paint. Take a nap. Play a video game. Brush your teeth. Go to the park. Or just get out the house and walk.
Take a deep breath. Drink some water. Eat a filling snack. The feeling will pass. It will get easier. Remember your goal. Remember your progress. Remember your reason/motivation.
