Exactly what it says on the tin. Inside jokes by plurals. Can be inside jokes within a system/collective/whatever term you use or inside jokes plurals have with outsiders but in the latter case it has to be at least slightly related to plurality

Mods are a system collectively using they as in multiple people and it as in [insert collective noun]. Individual headmates obviously have their own pronouns but we probably won't do sign offs here but we'll see
