Hello everyone! Now that our plot drop has been revealed, feel free to start writing and interacting with each other! Want in on this action? Come apply! We’d love to have you.
word has gotten out that someone with power and prestige was present during the storming of the bastille.Â
upon hearing there was an insider -- a member of the second estate -- helping coordinate the attack on the bastille, king louis xvi has requested that ALL members of french nobility take temporary residence in the palace of versailles.
you will be closely monitored during your stay at versailles. what you do and say may be taken note of. with that being said, hold your tongue and stay in the king’s favor. you are allowed to leave, but eyes will always be watching.
your carriage stops at the gate of versailles. a member of the garde de corps leads you inside. from there, a servant guides you to your private quarters. you barely have time to take in your surroundings before you notice an envelope on your bed. in this envelope there’s a slip of paper with your most guarded secret written on it -- a secret you can’t afford to let slip. you toss the slip along with the envelope into the fireplace and watch it burn.
who put it there and what else do they know ?Â
Our first plot drop will be posted soon! We’d love to have you around for when we do!
Can you believe it’s almost the 1st on our little side of the world? Know what that means? Our plot drop! We’d love to have you when we release it!
We’re three days away from our first plot drop, and we’d love to have you join us!
AN ANONYMOUS LETTER HAS BEEN DROPPED OFF TODAY !  i wonder what’s inside.
oh – it seems someone is blaming governor de launay for his own death ! Â
i’ve attached the letter below for all to read. do what you will with these words and pray your letters never fall into the wrong hands.
The main has been quiet, but have no fear - we’re still here! We’ll officially be opening up on February 1st, and we’ll have our first plot drop then. In the meantime, we’re plotting and figuring out exactly how our characters fit into this scheme. We’d love to have you join us!
AN ANONYMOUS LETTER HAS BEEN DROPPED OFF TODAY !  i wonder what’s inside.
oh – it seems a foreigner feels strongly towards the treatment of the third estate ! is there a spy within the second estate or is this simply a concerned individual ?Â
i’ve attached the translated letter below for all to read. do what you will with these words and pray your letters never fall into the wrong hands.
AN ANONYMOUS LETTER HAS BEEN DROPPED OFF TODAY ! i wonder what’s inside.
oh -- it seems there may be a traitor in the second estate. the king may have to watch his back, before this traitor leads revolutionaries to his door ! Â

Antoinette
a week ago, on july 14th of 1789, the angry people of france made their presence known. hundreds of men stormed the bastille, calling for their governor demanding he surrender and hand over barrels of gunpowder. after hours of meaningless negotiations soliders began firing into the crowd and chaos broke loose. by the end of the day, governor de launay’s head was being parading around on a spike.
word travels quickly in times of distress. please write an in-character journal response to the brutal and gruesome events at the bastille. this must be at least one paragraph ( 5-7 sentences ), but you may exceed this amount. submit your journal entries to the main so we may post them anonymously. and remember, don’t say anything you wouldn’t want to fall into the wrong hands.Â
