shravana → you don’t have to keep searching outside yourself for certainty. there can be a tendency to gather more information, more perspectives, more advice, hoping that eventually everything will make sense. but wisdom is not only found through listening. sometimes it is found through trusting what you already know.
dhanishta → you don’t have to define your value through what you contribute to others. there can be a tendency to focus on productivity, usefulness, achievement, or the role you play within a larger group. but your existence does not need to be justified through constant output. you deserve appreciation for who you are, not only for what you provide.
shatabhisha → you don’t have to heal in isolation. there can be a belief that no one else will truly understand what you’re carrying, so you withdraw and attempt to process everything alone. but healing is not made more meaningful by suffering in silence. some wounds become lighter when they are witnessed by others rather than hidden from them.
