đ TIPS đ
đš Spend time in the sun, and in nature. Â Even if you only go and sit in your backyard, it will help, and make you feel a bit better đš Drink water! Â LOTS OF WATER! Â Want an extra boost? Â Make a bunch of sun water and drink it on exceptionally low days to help with your energy and mood levels. đš Ground yourself every night before bed to rid yourself of negative energies đš Turn your sadness into creativity! Â Work on pages of your grimoire or book of shadows. Â Do some witchy DIYâs! Â Set up a new altar! Â Make some sigils! Â Being productive and creative are so helpful when youâre feeling melancholic. đš Have some spoonie witch tips for low energy days! đš Garden. Â Spending time in nature and creating something within the earth is not only rewarding, but gardening is actually a de-stressing activity and can soothe your mood. Â PLUS think of all the herbs you could grow to help with your craft! đš Talk to someone. Â Other witches. Â Friends. Â A professional. Â A hotline. Â Anyone who is willing to listen. Â Put that energy out there and it will make a world of difference, I promise. đš Let yourself have at least ONE self-care day a week. Â It doesnât matter what it entails, as long as youâre taking that time for YOURSELF, magickal or not.
Love this list. Just be mindful with the teas and check with your doctor first before drinking them, especially if you are on meds, in particular antidepressants, as the herbal teas can conflict with them.
^^ Adding on, St. Johnâs Wort conflicts with antidepressants and can cause serotonin syndrome which results in an unpleasant trip to the hospital. Read the labels on calming tea blends before ingesting!
đš âBeing a better witchâ tips đš
Want to know how to feel good practicing witchcraft? From the magickal to the mundane, there are ways to brighten your path and work towards becoming a good witch!
đ Donât steal from from closed cultures. Donât incorporate it into your craft. Be respectful of other races and cultures. (this should go without saying)
đ Cleanse often! sometimes energies just build up and things can get cluttered and chaotic.
đ Research Research Research! Youâll get nowhere just sitting around. And you shouldnât rely on more experienced witches either. They need time to hone their craft as well. Instead rely on your own abilities to gain knowledge. Thatâs what being a witch is all about.
đ Respect nature. You donât have to LOVE nature to be a witch. But you should treat living creatures and the natural world with a degree of respect. Be considerate and thoughtful of where your spell ingredients come from and where they are being disposed.
đ Believe in yourself! Magick comes from you and YOUR intent. You donât need fancy tools and complicated spells to invoke change. And you donât have to be a hereditary witch either!
đ Donât ever, EVER trade witchcraft with professional medical advice. (this includes mental health!) I know treatment is expensive, but you could end up hurting yourself further.
đ On that note. Be aware of dangers in your craft and how to be safe. This could range anywhere from not contacting malevolent spirits to not burning poisonous plants. Be safe
đ Take a break if you need to. Sometimes your craft gets too much or you just arnât feeling it. Thatâs okay! Be easy on yourself.
đ Others correspondence posts are nice and crazy useful. But remember that those arnât set in stone. Every witch can have different correspondences for the same thing and have it be just as effective
đ Have fun and respect others crafts (as long as their craft isnât harming anyone)
Tips for writing spells:

10 Crystals For Empaths
Crystals have been used for thousands of years to protect and enhance personal energy. They have the ability to focus energy and generate minute electrical currents that interact with the currents in the human body and environment. Crystals are an amazing way to cleanse, amplify, and protect oneâs energy.
As a highly sensitive empath, I absorb energy from everything. Not only am I affected by the emotions and attitudes of other people, but Iâm extremely sensitive to things like geopathic stress and electromagnetic stress. This often leads to exhaustion, irritability, and overwhelm.Â
Geopathic stress: Stress created by electromagnetic radiation, ley lines, and underground water. Itâs also present in âsick building syndromeâ. Injurious to health, it can affect the immune system as well as the bodyâs innate psychic protection and may attract ghosts or hold impressions of previous events.
Electromagnetic stress: Disharmony caused by the subtle emanations of electrical, microwave, computer, phone and radio frequencies, as well as power lines.
The following list features 10 of my favorite crystals that have been the most beneficial in managing sensitivities and raising my vibration:
LabradoriteÂ
Known as one of the most protective stones, labradorite creates an interface around the aura that filters out energies that are not beneficial and enhances spiritual connection. It allows one to be aware of otherâs feelings and emotions without being overwhelmed by them. Labradorite enhances physic abilities, aligns physical and subtle bodies, and strengthens the aura.
Tip:Â If youâre prone to nightmares and restless sleep, try holding a labradorite palm stone at bedtime. I sleep with one every night and it has helped me immensely. Just remember to cleanse it in-between uses! Â

Celestine
Also known as celestite, this high vibrational stone links one to higher realms and stimulates spiritual insights. It facilitates inner peace, helps to disperse anxieties and calm the emotions while promoting clarity of mind. This beautiful crystal heals the aura, assists in conflict resolution, and helps maintain a harmonious atmosphere in times of stress.Â
Tip:Â Try meditating with one of these stones and record any insights you might have in a journal afterwards. Iâve been amazed at some of the profound breakthroughs Iâve had while spending time with this amazing crystal.
Stones with similar vibrational qualities: blue lace agate, angelite, phantom quartz, apophylliteÂ
Lithium QuartzÂ
This variety of quartz is a natural antidepressant. Its powerful healing energies gently lift the conditions underlying the depression to the surface, neutralizing ancient anger and grief. It can reach back into past lives to dissolve the roots of emotional dis-ease that is pervading the present life. Lithium quartz is an excellent cleanser for the bodyâs energy centers and is extremely useful as a healer for plants and animals.
Tip:Â If feeling lethargic or low on energy, carry a small lithium quartz point with you in your pocket. Lithium quartz can function like an emotional battery for those that are sensitive to the vibration of this stone.
Stones with similar vibrational qualities: quartz with hematite, elestial quartz, vanadinite, zeoliteÂ

Black tourmaline, also known as schorl; protects agains cell phones, electromagnetic smog, radiation, ill wishing, and negative energies of all kinds. Black tourmaline is the most effective block to psychic attack and is extremely efficient at absorbing negative energy. It helps one adopt a positive attitude regardless of the circumstances.
Tip: Black tourmaline is super effective as a gem elixir that can be added to cleansing sprays and used to purify the aura.Â

Rose Quartz
Known as the stone of unconditional love and forgiveness, gentle rose quartz opens the heart and transforms negative emotions into positive ones. Itâs an excellent stone to use during crisis or trauma, as it quickly brings peace. It transmutes negative emotional conditioning and supports positive affirmations. Fluorite
A strongly protective stone, especially against electromagnetic and geopathic pollution, as well as psychic attack. Fluorite stabilizes energy and shuts off mental manipulation. This stone cleanses and stabilizes the aura. Fluorite grounds and integrates spiritual energies and assists in dissolving illusions and negative mental patterning. Emotionally, fluorite has a grounding effect.Â
Tip: Place a piece of fluorite on a computer or between yourself and the source of electromagnetic fog.Â

Smoky Quartz
Smoky quartz is one of the most efficient grounding and anchoring stones. It helps alleviate fears, soothes an active mind, and promotes emotional calmness. This protective stone gently neutralizes negative vibrations, absorbs electromagnetic smog, and blocks geopathic stress. Smoky quartz is a powerful antidote to stress and assists in tolerating difficult times while bringing in positive energy.Â
