Hoseok the elf it's at the doctor's he complains of stomach aches, bloating, and noises, his belly rumbles and distention is horrible, so has to go to have his tummy checked up, he is currently having his abdominal examination, the doctor said he doesn't likes the size of his swollen stomach it's too sick, and he also doesn't likes the sounds his patient abdomen produces.
Yoongi the doctor it's concerned he makes the patient to sit and he listens his back and then his big stomach with his stethoscope, but something is wrong, the stomach is growing and getting even more burbling.
Poor Hoseok has to endure to it, even though the hands pushing his stomach, drumming him, tapping on his poor tummy, and palpating hurt so much, and he is embarrassed of his stomach that currently looks like a pregnant belly.
The doctor had asked him to be just in underwear and to have his t-shirt rolled up, his stomach bounce and grumbles, and complains with a big huge growl while the doctor it's drumming on his stomach.

So huge, the tiny boy had a distended abdominal cavity, he looked like he had swallowed a grape, he decided then to touch him.
Yoons took his finger and decided to poke the swollen tiny stomach. He pressed it, he felt it active under his finger print, his finger tip could felt the movements inside the tiny boy.
The boy seemed to be asleep, not even Yoons poking and touching the boy everywhere would wake him up.
Yoons took the poor guy, he had him in his ear, and he heard the stomach of that poor creature. Awful bubbling watery, and gurgling sounds came back, the whole stomach was so big.
Yoongi massaged the big stomach the boy was on his back, he felt finally his stomach in pain and woke up.
"Hello little baby, I'm Yoons, I'm your human from now on I'll take care of you, I'm a doctor, so don't worry, you'll be fine with me!"
"Hi I'm Hobi, Tum-tum Hobi is my name in the forest, all creatures laughs at me, because my tum Tum is always sick!" The tiny boy said massaging his bulging stomach.
"I see, but don't worry I'm a doctor if you stay with me, I'll examine your tummy daily and cure it!" Yoons promised his finger was on top of the screaming small grape stomach.
"Can I live with you doctor?" He asked so happy, he no longer wanted to be alone.
"Sure baby come here, first we need to examine your stomach, let's find out why is so sick!" Yoons says.
He lays the boy on his back, his big ballooned grape size stomach is looking upside and to the front.
The Boy breaths with difficulty and his tummy is so heavy on him. "Doctor my tummy is unwell, it hurts!" He said sadly.
" Do You have tummy troubles?" Yoons asks
"yes Hobi's Tum Tum hurts is big, hard and don't wants food"
"Then let's see what's wrong with your big sick Tum Tum Tum" Yoons said
The tiny boy nods fervently. He holds his tummy As if it was heavy and pregnant. "I ate so much, I think my tummy would explode Doctor Yoons!"
"No baby tum-tum Hobi, your not going to explode, I'll cure you, come here first I see how is doing your sick stomach the digestion, let's see how much you ate naughty boy!"
The doctor brought his medical devices, he show Hoseok the stethoscope. "With this I can hear your insides to know what's tormenting your tum-tum. I'll placed this circular thing on that ballooned abdomen of your, then I can listen to your abdominal noises, it doesn't hurt but it would be cold!"
Hobi shivered. "Wait Yoons I'm embarrassed, I really don't want you to hear my tum, it's noisy and everyone bother me about it. I'm so ashamed of my stomach noises, please isn't there other way?" He asked gently.
"No baby, I need to, but don't be ashamed, you are mine now, and I would love examining your small stomach, from now on you don't need to be ashamed I'm a doctor and that's what I study and do for a living!"

Yoons took the stethoscope in his hands. "keep your belly looking up, and don't move this would feel so cold and big on your tiny tummy, my poor and sick sweet baby!"
Yoons placed the ear pieces in his ears, the stethoscope was to big for the pocket boy, he placed the metal bell on the big tummy.
Hobi's big tum-tum shivered, he was so cold and he felt so embarrassed he was red and wiggling his little arma and legs under the huge metallic apparatus.
It was the same size of the boy's whole swollen abdomen, Yoons could hear a lot of tummy sick nosies, he began to press deeper the metal circular object causing little Hobi to have pain, his belly complained and gurgles deeper. Yoons moved it to the sides of the looking pregnant stomach, he placed it in the chest, and even in his back
Yoons lifted the boy and lay him there in one palm with the other he moved the stethoscope all through the big swollen abdomen, he asked the boy to lay in his side, and then he placed there the bell pressing him hard.
Hobi felt himself being squished, he couldn't breath and the stomach pain and pressure felt worst. He was so embarrassed his little grape stomach was screaming at him, and he saw how handsome and gentle was the human doctor with his tiny tum.
"Baby, I need to hear a little more, would you drink for me water and eat something while I have you like this listening your abdomen inside??"
Hoseok nodded all blushed and embarrassed, Yoons began to force water with a dropper, drop after drop of water gurgling watery through the boy's digestive tract, and the grape stomach growing and gurgling mad.
Yoons then brought food, small tiny beans 🫘, and he began to placed the food and force the boy to eat, he munch and swallowed, his small face stuffed, tears rolling down, he felt his stomach hurt worst, each bean he finished swallowing swelled more his stomach, he felt like bursting, he had pain and nausea, his tummy rumble and activate more inside of him, Yoongi had his stethoscope still on top of his pregnant stomach.
Yoons heard the small stomach in pain, it had swell more, and the rounded stomach pushed hard to the front all solid rock, it he skin stretched.
"Yoons? Doctor? My tum is exploding, oh god it hurts so much, help me please, help me."
"I listened it you ate so much naughty boy, you sounded so sick. Now I'll touch your stomach.
He placed away the stethoscope, he placed his finger on the bloated stomach and began to press lightly everywhere feeling the active vibrations on the stomach, it rumbled so sick.
Yoons even touched the boys lowers stomach and small sausage carefully. Hobi blushed. He then began to press in deeper the abdomen, he even massages it in big circles, and even drummed all over the stomach.
Hobi felt himself being squished on his belly, his tummy felt uncomfortable having Yoongis fingers there, he felt himself being touched in his little member, he shivered full of pleasure and nervousness, he then felt his stomach and himself bouncing, each hit make drummed his stomach, producing drumming sounds.
He was in utter pain. His stomach and tiny body felt tortured, he was so big he was in pain, Yoons was massaging him like a lemon, his stomach had grown double sized and he was like a pregnant boy with a lemon big tummy.
Yoons pressed hard, and Hobi moan. "Stop, it hurts!" He said and without warning his back side puffed big time, big bubble's of air went outside his intestines as if a ballooned was not close and was deflating, his little fart noisy and smelly.
"Prrrrrrrtttttt fiuuuuuuu" Yoons stop touching he left the boy fart all that he needed.
"Sorry I'm so gross, my tum-tum always does that!" The pocket boy Hobi cried so much, his tummy still bubble over.
Yoons smiled at him, "Don't cry baby boy, your tum-tum is so sick is understandable and normal tu have it in this state, but I'm loving it, so fart more for me!"
Tum-tum Hobi calmed down he pushed until the gas was out. Yoongi spent the day massaging his distended sick abdomen in big circles his tummy just complained watery inside.
All the rest of the day Yoons had to take care of the really sick tiny boy and his stomach was so big still protuberant, that night Yoons attached his stethoscope to the boy's abdomen he recorded all night the stomach and heard it too, he slept to the sick abdominal sounds.
