i want to grow babies together in the garden with you between the carrots and the cabbage we'll grow a bundle of our own watching and waiting watering it and wavering an unrequited love to the dirt sprouting by your nose in the bleak summer sun waking up to see your toes curling around the Earth wiggle your fingers waving hello woken up in the midst of the night to your bellowing cries all to see you cuddling up to the bell peppers near your thigh i developed a tear in my right eye a proud farmer having successfully grown a bundle of joy

they say a picture is worth a thousand words but i wish i could paint a picture of you because oftentimes words are not enough even if you were a statue i’d still be afraid to blink much like the way your mother’s authority forced you to pounce on those cracks the anguish you embodied at a failed attempt to win a neighborly race whether it be chaste or it be in vain there will never be another day where all those feelings disappear the ever so ironic ‘have no fear’ no longer exists in the mind of one so fine to wake in the morning with the ability to move your left thigh your right thigh each eye from side to side putting on your clothes mindlessly or conscious either way inhaling vigorously because your life sucks.

think of stitches in the most uncomfortable place you can find in between your toes deep between your thighs stitching together your mind an itch you can't scratch but it hurts and you don't know why
