“oh, really!” evie could no longer contain her frustration – she was just on the brink of banging the bloody thing against the counter as a last resort; the only thing stopping her was knowing that if she hadn’t broken it already, she would surely break it then. “i repel technology, and i have no idea why we must use it for everything.” the gadget in her hand should have been able to look up any member of the library by their library card number, but she’d be damned if she could even get it turned on. finally, with a frustrated sigh, she gave up and put it aside. “i’ve always been more of a pen and paper kind of girl anyway. what can i do for you?”

jack was hardly paying attention as the person in front of them moved along after being helped .      his attention was on the display table of the featured books and a few of them caught their eye .      they picked up one of the books and read the little synopsis .      when they set the book back down is when they realized that the librarian was calling him next .      he looked up towards her and gave a small smile before shuffling up ,  the few books they wanted to check out in hand .          “ hi !      i wanted to uh ,  um  --- ”          jack’s mind drew blank as they stared at the person standing before them .      eyes narrow slightly ,  racking his brain to try to find out what he was doing .      head drops slightly and gaze drops on the books .          “ oh !      i wanted to check out these books . ”         they place the books on the counter and lightly push them towards the librarian ,  smile widening .

hello !     i’m  bug  and  i’m  super  excited  to  be  here .     also  excited  to  play  one  of  my  favorite  characters  that’s  in  a  tv  show  that  i’ve  half  watched .     but  it’s  fine !     it’ll  be  fine  ,   i  promise .     i  want  you  to  know  that  i’ve  desperately  fought  trying  to  get  my  brain  cells  to  work  while  working  on  jack’s  intro   . . .      and  with  that  ,   i’m  so  sorry .

𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐬  :    

since  jack  grew  up  with  kelly  in  their  life      (   which  ,   i  suppose  is  another  headcanon  in  of  itself   )  ,   they  are  a  huge  momma’s - boy  and  it  shows .      they’re  very  attached  to  kelly  and  they’ve  a  very  great  relationship  between  one  another .

the    “ waking  dreams ”    are  far  and  few  in  between  ;   however  ,     they’re  starting  to  become  fuller  dreams  instead  of  snippets  of  faces  and   “ deja vu ”   moments .

jack  learns  at  a  very  rapid  rate  causing  him  to  graduate  early  and  skip  third  grade  when  he  was  in  elementary  school .     but  don’t  get  him  wrong  ,   he’s  not  that  street  smart  and  doesn’t  pick  up  on  social  cues  that  well .

+   and  i  just  lost  all  of  the  headcanons  i  ever  had  for  them .  .  .

𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭  𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲'𝐫𝐞  𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠  𝐭𝐨  𝐝𝐨  𝐢𝐧  𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧  :    have  fun  and  live .     despite  the  looming  threat  of  the  dreams  that  they’ve  had  ,   jack  isn’t  letting  it  bother  him  in  the  slightest .     they’re  still  gonna  live  their  own  life .     he’s  planning  on  wanting  to  start  learn  different  languages  in  time  when  he  starts  to  remember  knowing  latin  and  enochian  in  their  dreams .
