Who in Mew’s name is @blastoisechampion? Never met her. Afraid? Hardly. If I was going to say something like that, I would say it to your face. Besides, cute is a weak compliment. I would say something much more suave. Perhaps beautiful or stunning. It’s a bigger hit with the ladies.

What does she look for in a person for a relationship? How is she in relationships?

Janine is not looking for a romantic relationship. But if she were she would look for her father’s approval, skill and tact in battle, and mindfulness of the many concealed weapons on her person.

Are Janine and Faulkner a thing?

Janine and Falkner are not in a romantic relationship. They are peers, and sometimes friends, and they both really like their dads and their Pokemon. 10/10 would beat each other up if the physical contact wouldn’t cause them to erupt from years of suppressed affection.

A good ninja doesn’t display her emotions.

Does she have many friends? Rivals?

Janine was raised by her father and aunt, with strict training from a very young age. She spent the majority of her time at the Gym, separated from the rest of the city, and most of her social interactions were controlled by her father. Most of the people she knows are twice her age, at least. It wasn’t until she started taking missions at the age of thirteen that she started meeting any of the people in Fuchsia City. She took over the Gym when she was sixteen, and had more contact with them then as a public figure in the city. So, she doesn’t really have many friends.

Except for Falkner who she has known since childhood, because their fathers often worked together before Falkner’s passed away. If you asked Janine she would sooner call Falkner her rival. They both want to honor their families and prove that their respective fathers were the best man who ever lived.

She is eager to make new ones, she has much more freedom now to do so, and she joined Tumblr for just that reason. You’ll find she’s much friendlier to new people than she is to Falkner. As long as you don’t disrespect her dad.

What's her team look like?

The Fuchsia City Gym has many poison Type Pokemon that it is Janine’s job to care for. Some of them she caught and raised personally, some belong to her father and Aunt Aya. But her main team consists of Ariados, Arbok, Crobat, Toxicroak, Weezing, and Venomoth.
