Comfy.
Swalot’s Poisons are only contained in its stomach, where it’s less of a poison and more of a highly corrosive stomach acid, capable of breaking down bones and even hazardous material and chemicals within a matter of hours. Swalot’s stomach acids are even capable of rapidly rusting metal, even if it’s not capable of being dissolved. Since Swalot don’t smell, aren’t very picky eaters (unlike their unevolved form), and don’t sweat toxins through their skin, Hoenn commonly uses them as garbage disposal - and it’s not uncommon to see swarms of swalot gathering around garbage disposal cites. The only danger Swalot pose is that wild ones will occasionally try to eat other pokemon and people, and thus many garbage disposal cites have warning signs that stepping onto the grounds without a pokemon at your side may result in bodily harm/death.

Slowpoke tails are commonly sought after, and Alolan Slowpoke shed their tails and regrow them (unlike the other regions), meaning that eating Slowpoke Tail in legal in Alola while it’s considered cruelty and punished severely in other regions. Because of the illegal nature of the food outside of Alola, it can’t be shipped legally to any other region (Except Kalos, due to a recent law that makes an exemption for Alolan based tails), and caught Slowpoke cannot be transferred to other regions. So, foodies and gourmet seekers regularly make their way to Alola to sample the dish, culminating in an annual festival on Ula’Ula during peak shedding time.
Alolan Slowpoke shed their tails as a way of both deterring predators (by leaving behind a tasty treat) or as a way to store fat that can be taken in later (by shedding and then eating the shed tail). As such, Alolan Slowpoke Tails are much more delicious than their illegal counterparts, comparable to high quality sirloin. Alolan Slowpoke farms let the pokemon roam freely on coastal areas with plenty of berries around, as stress and lack of food causes the tails to drop before they’ve reached the height of deliciousness.

Eusine spends most of his time reading up on every legend he can. He spends days upon days pouring over the old tales. Most people seem to think that he only looks at suicune, but in truth he knows quite a bit about every legendary pokemon there is data on. Though obviously he knows most about the johto legends and especially suicune.

Headcanon: There are differences in how you can approach and touch Grimers in regards to the normal Grimer and it’s Alolan varient. Normal Grimers vent the toxins they eat through their entire bodies, which means they not only smell, but are incredibly hazardous to touch. Only experienced trainers can own one, and interactions through it have to be done either via tool use or wearing protective gear, and are commonly used in the event of toxic spillage. it also constantly gets bits of itself everywhere, as it’s comprised of a non-Newtonian fluid that’s much more like Oobleck that is liquid in motion but solid when still.
Alolan Grimers, however, store their toxins in the crystals they grow - thus, they have no smell or surface toxins and are often used in janitorial work (as seen in Sun/Moon) along with trainer use, and no special permits are required to own one. You can easily touch one with no difficulty of ruining of shirts, as their body is still a non-newtonian fluid, but closer to silly putty in viscosity - it doesn’t get everywhere as much and is solid for longer periods of time. There’s a common children’s toy in Alola that is based off of Alolan Grimers called ‘Grimer Putty’.

Roark is a little less toned than a lot of people think, he might work a lot but when it comes down to it muscle definition was never in mind. Instead he ended up being strong and built more along the lines of a weight lifter. He is strong but it’s all hidden under some pudge. He couldn’t care less about it, it’s of no concern.

Headcanon that Volkner plays and sells music. It's not popular in Sinnoh, but has a following in Hoenn. The Guitarists dye and style their hair and try to emulate him.
Morty oddly likes instant ramen, with how much he needs to do every day the nature of the food gives him something to eat when he barely has the energy to stand. Most of his pokemon can make the stuff for him as well. If not for the ramen he would have gone hungry many nights.
