Le Chiffre massages his lover's back, James sighs in relief as the tension in his back begins to go away, little Destiny Bond-Chiffre spotted a playing card on the floor and holds it, then thinks, saying "Poker." James lost the bet this time, their daughter's first word is indeed poker, just like Le Chiffre hoped it'd be...

"Haha, you lost that bet, Mr. Bond. Our little Destiny Bond-Chiffre's first word is indeed "poker," just like I hoped it would be. Anyway, are you okay, love?"

Le Chiffre dresses James Bond properly, then sits on their bed, cradling James in his arms, little Destiny Bond-Chiffre is playing with a mini spy kit and says "Gadget," they both gasp, she said her first word, James won the bet, she said "gadget" first, Le Chiffre truly hoped that "Poker" would be their little girl's first word...

"Did you hear that, mon cher? Our little girl talked for the first time, she takes after you for sure. Her first word was "gadget," like your first word was "spy." I truly hoped that "poker"would be her first word...Either way, this was a magical moment."

“If you don’t tell me you love me, mon cher, it’s time for your ball flattening!” Le Chiffre is about to commence this when he sees James’s belly flutter!

“Hein? Qu'est-ce que c'est? James... Es-tu enceinte? Pourquoi tu ne me l'as pas dit? Tu sais que tu peux tout me dire, ma chérie.” (English: “Huh? What is this? James...Are you pregnant? Why did you tell me? You know you can tell me everything, my dear.”)
