I think Ruby is a draconid. I mean, look at the similarities. Same hair color, eye shape, and eye color. I don't think it's a coincidence. Thoughts?
the only thing i can truly agree with here is the eye color. otherwise, no, i do not believe they have the same eye shape. here, letās do a comparison.
on the left is rubyās eyes and the right zinniaās. zinniaās have a distinctly more rounded shape, whereas rubyās come out in long, sharp curves.Ā
here are some more examples. although they might look a little similar in some panels, zinniaās are still more rounded.
as for the hair color, i canāt say for sure that that is the same as well. in every panel of the two, it shows zinniaās hair as lighter than rubyās, as follows
as well, in her game official art, zinniaās hair was depicted as a dark gray.Ā
the eye color holds some similarity. however, you have to consider that only a slither of zinniaās eyes are red, whereas the rest is black; as for ruby, his whole eye is red.

however, that does not entirely disprove this. while i myself have not played the delta episode yet, so i cannot elaborate on the draconid people myself, i do know that they are a people of harmony with dragons. and ruby was able to mega evolve latios with ease.Ā
at the same time, norman also took control of rayquaza for a short period in the rs arc. it is quite possible that ruby is a draconid. but it also is quite not possible.Ā
