We should not despair.  The Abrahamic faiths have debouched themselves and are fading.  This latest Islamic jihad is among the final gestures of a dying religion. The liberalism they helped manifest is destroying them as well, they will not be gone completely, but diminished.

Ahh yes. This little creature I made and endured child birth for, that gives me great joy and the motivation to better and take care of myself is totally going to ruin my life.  Yup.

That’s just how it is.

What selfish bullshit.  Completely modern and a sign of this age.    I love kids and find them amusing and instructive and to teach a child something and watch them use that teaching on their own is something unique and a special joy.  I'm in my 40's and me and the next GF (or wife) are going to breed prolifically.
