I haven't been able to train for a few months and won't for at least a few more months because of a wrist injury. I'll probably have to have two operations on my wrist before I can start back up. To say I'm upset would be an understatement.
But seriously, I just want to say if something hurts or feels weird, stop! Rest, ice, heal. Take care of yourself now instead of pushing through and making things worse later! Resting for a few days / weeks is better than a few months / years!
