The need to learn to appreciate life.
So many people (including me sometimes) moan about so many things in their lives. Don't get me wrong - I get it, moaning about your problems to your friends helps you to get over them - but some people are taking this 'moaning thing' too far.
I've got this girl at work who always looks unhappy. Or upset. Or like she's hurting. At first, you take some pity on her, ignore her performance, but when it gets to a three/four-month-long continuous 'I'm not happy about anything and I don't look like I'm enjoying my job' thing, you want to smack her in the face.
Not because she is useless, or unhappy, or not working as hard as other colleagues do, but because she is such a retard not to enjoy the moment.
WE ARE WORKING IN A NIGHT-CLUB!!! In a freaking night-club. In the best club in town. Where you can have some drinks and have so much fun!
This girl made me realise how lucky I am. I have realised that I have my best friend and lover, my amazing boyfriend, Ben, by my side at all times, that I have a couple of very good friends, who will be there for me at difficult times, and that I have a great team of colleagues at work, who I have a great time with, and who made my uni/Oxford/youth life UN-FOR-GET-TABLEEEEEE!!!!!
So, back to the point, stop moaning and enjoy the moment! We are young, make new friends, learn to have fun, learn to chill!!
Because if you don't learn to relax you will end up
miserable fooooorrrrrr-eeeeev-eeeeeerrrrrr.... :D
