Borders and Crime
Close all borders unless well documented and thoroughly vetted with a govt official serving as their sponsor and deport all illegals and their anchors. All crimes against children and elderly would be a capital offense and their would be no statute of limitations on any crime.
Child Custody
Child custody cases will be 50/50 joint custody with shared decision making regardless of which parent the child resides with. There will be no sole custody unless well proven unfit reasons why other parent should not have rights to the child. Child support would be based on the difference of income between both parents, not a percentage of the non residential parent's income. income, with no accommodations for greedy gretchens/stingy sams. And child support will be awarded to both parents at their specified family time. (Mother pays father when father has child, father pays mother when mother has child) All non working parents incomes will be considered state or federal minimum wage earnings (which ever is higher) because anyone can get a job of some sort. Both parents will maintain medical insurance for child(ren). Non residential parent vetoes daycare of any kind if non residential parent is available.

Pro Choice
There is no debate here. It's a persons OWN body. They can do what they want with it. If they want to OD on drugs, run across train tracks when a train is coming, sky dive without a parachute, they could do that. It is their own body. We have too many people on this planet. A person can do whatever they want to do to their own body. It does not harm YOU. There should be tax breaks for single people over the age of 30 that do not have kids. This will help promote less people on earth.
Frivolous Law Suits
The one Law that made world news and is very famous is the McDonalds hot coffee law suit. YES. Coffee is hot. You did not make the coffee so you had no control over the coffee machine. It is HUMAN ERROR. The person should have known it was TOO hot. Now from this one mistake all coffee cups have to say “WARNING: Contents hot. Small toys can have parts that are choking hazards, plastic bags are not a toy, etc… These are all common sense information. If a child puts a bag over his head and it causes problem, it is bad parenting. Don’t find excuses for a big pay day just based on a parents lack of not being there.
Legal System
Lawyers are like sharks. I believe they are the decline of American society. every year thousands of laws are put into effect. What happens when a law is activated? It means more of our freedoms are taken away. I want to go through every law and get rid of all the ones that take CONTROL out of our life. If the law does not HURT you, Cause PAIN to you physically, then it should be revoked. EXAMPLE: I always wear my seatbelt, but it should be MY choice to wear one. I know that I could get into an accident and be brain dead. It should be my choice. This law needs to be revoked for people over the age of 18 to make this decision on their own. Its ok for people not to wear motorcycle helmets, but You need to wear a seatbelt?
Health Care
Regulations! Regulation! I know less government. But in this case we need more. VP’s of insurance companies should not be getting million dollar bonuses. Insurance should be for NON PRFOIT. Healthcare is a necessity, not a Luxury.
First of all there shouldn't be any operation that cost 100k to save someone’s life. Think about it. 100,000 in one days work. Maybe even in a few hours of work. Most people do not make that in a year. Even if every person on that ER team made 3000 for a surgery that would be a very good days wage? My solution seams very clear to me but harsh. I know that the emergency room is abused by people coming into the hospital without insurance and getting free healthcare. Most of them are immigrant’s, which has caused some hospital’s to go bankrupt. If a person gets slapped on the hand for doing something wrong when they are young, that person remembers what he/she did, and it would have consequences? If a person does NOT have health care, they should not be treated. YES! It is harsh. But KNOWING this, you would get health care! You would find a way to survive. It is human nature to survive. For those people that do not have insurance there would be another department to be created to give donations from corporate and independent people that this would be used to pay off some or all of your medical bills. There would be an account that the hospital would be able to log into and see the funds in this account. If there were enough fund in this account then the person, without insurance, would be able to get help. Also, a person would only be allowed so many free/uninsured passes. After the passes are up, in a given amount of time, then aide will be cut off.
Gov’t Spending
What happens when you give a person your money to spend? Do they shop around for the best prices? NO! They just purchase. YES, they may be able to save a few cents here or there, but when you add up all those savings, it can pay off another bill. I would hire an independent audit company to audit the government spending of our money. See how much they are paying for what and how much they could have saved it they would have purchased else ware. I think all purchase that the government makes, all the way down to paperclips, should be purchased and approved though ONE government agency. This agency would have access to all the products/services price list used to run a government office and repair a road,etc. This office would be the master of low prices and quality projects and services. This would keep all the spending to a minimum and money spending tracked and accounted for.
Work Less for a Stronger Family
America is overworked! According to the ILO, “Americans work 137 more hours per year than Japanese workers, 260 more hours per year than British workers, and 499 more hours per year than French workers.” A 32 hour max work week should be implemented. This would allow parents to be home and administer better parenting and quality time with family. Parents are role models and children need this guidance and support during their youthful years.
Gov’t Owned Business
Imagine a benefit period in which the government says, Homeowners do not need to pay taxes for one month due to other means of income? Or, no sales tax for one month? Wouldn't that be wonderful! Wouldn't that give you faith in our government spending? I think that government should own businesses for profit. Each state should have a casino that is run by the government. We all know how much money casinos make and this income would be allocated to pay off specific taxes owed by the public. Americans work very hard, and need to be rewarded and this would be a pleasing reward to any American.
Equality
I believe everyone should be equal and their should be no special favoritism to any race. Companies have e a specific racial ratio and it should be based on experience and talent. Many government and corporate offices are required to have a percentage of specific ethnic groups, but some of these people just are not qualified for the position. An example would be, a Community College employing a person that hardly speaks English, causing a education barrier with the students. Also, special government programs for ethnic groups/races, ALL this would stop because everyone would be equal.
Gov’t Assistance
There are many people in our country that abuse this system. It seems that the government just looks the other way. I understand that people fall on hardship and need help until they get back on their feet. There should be some type of limited amount of time that should be established for government help due to hardship. After this amount of time the government assistantship should stop. This will force the people who drag their feet to really look for work and take anything available when they know the money will run out. There also would be another government office that would set up donations from corporate and independent ventures to help the person past this expiration date. Therefore, freeing up more taxpayers money for other government services in need. This goes for all types of government assistance from unemployment, to housing, food stamps, etc.
Foreign aid
For as long as I can remember and as far back as the history books go, we have always been in debt. THIS will never go away as long as we continue to be on this path that this country is on. I propose an 8 year or more (depending on what the financial advisers suggest) leave on any Foreign aid so that America can focus on it’s own problems. Taking all this money that would go to foreign lands to help out when our country is in dire need of, help. Building stronger communities, neighborhoods, along with newer divisions to make America strong again.
FCC
Censorship! These is one department I feel we can get rid of, and use this money towards other divisions, like school and education, or healthcare. Over the past few decades the government has taken on the role to be a parent or babysitter telling you want you can and can’t listen too. I feel that it’s up to the parents to be able to turn off the channel and having this control. With today’s technology, there are options that the parents have for parental control. Radio stations can be rated and therefore blocked giving us more freedoms in which this country is all about.
EDUCATION
The rising cost of education is getting out of control. I can’t justify or understand why it would cost 80k for a degree. Especially the online degrees in which you never leave your home and the material is already an online template. I, myself, have five degrees, and teach at a college. I have heard from many students and throughout my career that many liberal arts classes are just a waste of time to take. They say it is to become well rounded, but I know that education is a business, and it’s all about the money. I would think to cut costs would be to cut some liberal arts courses that do not pertain to your major. For example, If you are going for a degree in the Culinary Arts, is it that important to take humanities, or biology? Substitute these classes with classes that pertain to the degree and make this person a master of their craft. OR, just cut down the credit hours to graduate with less liberal arts classes. Also, business’s love to hire students from Ivy League colleges. This does not mean that the student is smarter then someone who took classes at a local university? You put that exact same professor from an Ivy League college in a local university and the student has the exact same education. The only thing that is missing is the NAME behind the Ivy League school. With all that said, a student should not have to incur a large debt when they graduate from college. A finished degree from a student is a fresh start in life. Debt just takes away from their goal they just achieved. I believe that government needs to step in and set caps on the cost of education and I want to find ways to make this happen so that everyone could reach their dream affordably. I also think that the last three years of high school should focus on college level classes (English, math, science, history). These classes would not need to be taken at the college of choice saving the student money and allowing for sooner graduation m.
DRUG CRIME & USAGE
Here is a multi-billion dollar industry that is not being taxed and is not benefiting any government spending. I look back on how I was raised, when my parents would lecture me on how bad drugs are and how it could ruin my life. Just like many other Americans, that was enough for me to understand and learn that this is not the direction I want my life to take. It’s all about being a responsible parent and hoping that your children will understand and make the right choices for themselves. With that said, I believe some drugs should be legal. We all have choices. It does not effect us unless we DECIEDE it will effect us. By allowing some drugs to be legal this could put some of the drug cartels out of business and bring in more money and jobs into America. American has always been about freedom and choices – this is just another choice.
AGRICULTURE/FOOD and DIET
We all are aware of the growing overweight problem in America and I truly believe it’s the quality of food that is around toady. When you look back to the 70s and earlier, most Americans were healthy and fit. Of course, this is before the birth of fast foods, but the quality of food was still pure. Somewhere along the way, Americans became greedy in corporate America and quality of food then diminished. There are a lot of misconceptions on how our food is being processed. I want to make sure that no corporations are buying their way into the government so that the FDA is just turning the other way on violations. Also, I would look into any FDA employees past connections with former food industry employment.
Keeping the local farmers in business and using their fresh local livestock and other food will make food more affordable and wholesome.
