this one goes back to my hc that i rambled to you about a while ago where i think feliks stayed in austria after the third partition! but also roderich was his best friend's cringe fail husband so he was around him a lot for that reason too + so austria became one of the people feliks isn't shy around. i think he has fun messing with him, because feliks is silly and roderich is roderich haha he's a prissy wet napkin of a man <3 but also they can bond over classical music and fashion and being annoyed by gilbert and stuff and so long story short i think theyve 100% smooched
