i'm (Ghost 🔦) posting this for luna because shes scared of people not getting her vibe with this but

we like to think that c!Johnny Ghost has a Fluttershy fictive in his system. She provides comfort, and he probably didnt even notice she was there until like adulthood.

it's funny to me because it's a very stark contrast from who you'd expect in his system but also i think that's the point. besides. you cant really choose who your brain grabs ahold of like that in system sense.

Sorry took me a bit, I was visiting people.

Elaboration: Gertrudes an old school member. She met and definitely did not date Captain Jack in the 90s. As an alien and a fighter, she found her place with them but left for America. She still has contact with Jack and keeps trying to invite him for the holidays.

Johnny and Gavin were members but not at the same time. Gavin joined first. He was rejected from UNIT but he still wanted access to alien technology and magic.

He was fired after Owen caught him stealing chemicals from the lab.

Johnny was accepted by UNIT. But as the Queen's grandson, he was pushed to only desk duties. There he learned a lot about classification systems, and different creatures. He left UNIT to pursue his own ventures.

He joined Torchwood after they killed the werewolf that turned him. (Timeline messing lol, this is an au already) He joined them for a bit, but wasn't really into it. So he left for America. He and Ianto are pen pals and he plans to introduce the rest of PIE to Torchwood one day.

So there’s a bunch of characters in VT that have like. A confirmed father? Who we usually see? And next to nothing about their mother, not even a name. And bc I’m Such A Feminist (and want to do more with the characters) I’m gonna start! Just! Making them up!!!!!

one thing about my version of the pie team is that all of them have practical skills that relate to how real-world paranormal investigation/cases of demonic possession are handled which helps them determine whether a case is real or not and the like

for starters, with ghost, he has a lot of practical handyman skills from working terrible jobs and generally living in run-down places growing up, so he's pretty intuitive when it comes to figuring out if a case is real just by going to a place. ("oh i know what blood looks like, and it's not that. god there's 12 years of rust build-up in your pipes, you need to get someone out here. not ghosts though." "you took the batteries out of your carbon monoxide detector of course you're seeing things oh my goddd")

meanwhile toast's degree is in human ecology and psychology, so he can tell when daily habits are out of the norm and he does well with figuring out the root causes of why certain ghosts act the way they do (not to mention being able to console people who claim to be demonically possessed)

in my headcanon, colon was a health inspector for a couple years but working in the restaurant industry was more comparable to banging your head against a wall than a job. so he quit and became an uber driver instead. he has a skill set that lies between ghost and toast because uber driving gave him a lot of people skills as well

and spooker doesn't have much formal training, but he reads a lot. like just anything. wikipedia addict. mostly he's just there as the camera guy but he's also the best when it comes to puzzles. he's the guy you get when you know for a fact it's a ghost because he's just best at figuring them out since he has a similar intuitive intelligence to ghost but in a different area
