It amuses me how lax Sisko is with Starfleet rules. He lets his officers do a little terrorism on weekends, as a treat. He lets people just. Take runabouts. He has to visibly put on customer service smiles. He lets his doctor have an odd situationship with someone who is almost CERTAINLY an enemy intelligence agent. He lets absolutely RANDOM people in on top secret info. He punched Q in the face. Legend.

Summary:
"Is that all you've got, nature boy?" Grant teases, shaking his head clear. Aims for nonchalant despite how thick his voice sounds. He can feel blood dripping down his chin and it's a good start but he needs more. He drags a sleeve roughly over his mouth, savouring the searing shock of pain as he accidentally on purpose jostles his nose in the process.
Lark cackles with the sort of unhinged joy that only comes when he's allowed to lose himself in a good fight, and sinks his fist into Grant's stomach.

Really rough quick sketch of a plain and simple tailor. I have been listening (and I'm listening for the second time) to A Stitch in TIme by Andrew Robinson and I thought I already loved Garak but this book has made me adore him.
I don't know when I'm gonna have the time but I really want to finish this drawing properly in watercolour and I think I'll need to write about a Stitch in Time at some point or I'm gonna explode. What a wonderful book, I wasn't expecting it to be as good.
Also apparently it's Andrew Robinson's birthday today?? Happy birthday to this amazing actor and writer 💞

Speed little redraw of a scene that I find really sad and beautiful. I also remember that I was stricken by the beauty of the composition and the symbolic aspect of having Odo just as a reflection on the mirror, with Garak adressing him without looking at him, after everything that they just went through...
He cannot BELIEVE that Julian still wants to help him. Just unconditionally, no matter what atrocities he's committed or how impossible his condition is to treat. it leaves him genuinely speechless!!! He's STUNNED!!!!! He tells Julian "You can't help me and even if you could you shouldn't". Garak believes both of those things to be 100% incontrovertibly true and Julian just shushes him and gently whispers "No." and Garak has absolutely nothing to say to that but okay

Harry stifled a groan as he saw a sanctimonious, snarky prat ambling towards him.
If only he weren’t so pretty.
Draco leaned one elbow on the bar. “Looking a little glum, Potter; what’s the matter, lacklustre performance review today?”
“I’ll have you know that my performance is excellent.” Harry winced; Draco’s grin widened.
“Is it now. Good reviews?”
Harry groaned. In for a knut, in for a galleon. “Excellent. Plenty … lustrous.”
Draco stepped closer. “I prefer not to take someone else’s word for it. I’d rather do my own research. And you do seem down in the dumps.”
“Are you offering to cheer me up?”
“You’re already smiling, darling.”
Harry was smiling. He always smiled when Draco was around, these days.
“All right—but if you send me a performance review afterwards, I’m never shagging you again.
Draco laughed, bright, infectious. Harry smiled as Draco held out one elegant hand.
