For ask meme #1: Describe the earliest birthday your muse can remember.

The year I got Dungeons and Dragons. I was eight and it was the first year they released the game.

The complexities of it took me a few years to fully grasp, but once everything clicked, I was hooked.

It was also the last birthday that my mom was alive. Besides having her there, she always made my cake for me. And to this day, it's the best cake I've ever had. I really miss it. I was sort of picky as a kid, so it was nothin' fancy. Just yellow cake with chocolate icing. But her homemade touch hasn't been replicated since.

I was terrified of spiders when I was a kid, but I didn’t want to be, so I read up on them a bunch and now I think they’re… kinda cute? I even thought about getting one as a pet, but mom was not about it, haha…
