Today was my first day as a Dental Intern😊🌷.
Here's everything I ate
Breakfast - one banana
Lunch - Kadhi with rice and carrots on side
Dinner - 1 Roti+ Dry chole + Dal + small cup of macroni ( 5-6 pieces)
I live in a hostel so I only have options available in my mess.
Worked out for 10 mins

Woke up - 10 am
Damn...looks like my body clock is stuck there, I once woke up at 8:30am and then slept again😅. Gotta change that ✊🏻
Diet
I only ate home made food and did drink water, although a bit less...I did good diet wise. I did try to incorporate protein more🌟
Workout
I didn't do my workout because I just messed up my schedule and couldn't make time for it....It was so disheartening but still I tried to get in my steps and did that🏃🏻♀️
Skincare
Did my skin care and facial exercises for 7mins 🧖🏻♀️
Haircare
Detangled and did 15 mins of head massage 💆🏻♀️
Mind
I had 3.5 hour ish of screen time.....better than tomorrow
I studied with more concentration and precision than yesterday. Still a long way to go 🌷
Overall
I would give the day 6/10 score. I should have managed my schedule better but I like that I didn't give up all together ⛄

My cramps were acting up so today I did some ground work and here's what I have compiled
Weight
My current weight - 70kg
My Dream weight - 52kg
The main thing is that I am very very sedentary...I barely get in 3-4k steps a day and I can't go to the gym because I have image issues...
Now, what I intend to do is get in 10k steps daily and workout for 45 mins a day 5 times a week.
I will not do a crash diet but I will only eat homemade food and try to strictly avoid fried and packed foods and avoid take out. I have a sweet tooth too so gonna decrease my sugar intake😅.
Face
My main issue with my face is just the puffiness and roundness. I believe that my facial features are good enough....I just need to slim it down.
I will do facial exercises and massages daily.
I always forget to get my eyebrows and upper lips done so I intend to get them done every 15 days. I want to look clean and proper.
Hair
I haven't been able to understand my texture fully but I believe my hair is wavy. Right now my main concern with my hair is the decreased density, shine, length and dandruff in my hair...basically everything that could be wrong is wrong🫠.
I will do my hair mask once a week, wash it twice a week and then apply a light oil.
I also want to try hair massages every night.
Nails
Now here I need help girlies...I have small fingers and as a result small boxy rectangular nails...I want nice medium length rounded nails..I find them very elegant. I don't know how to grow them out or how to care for them or shape them.
All that I've heard is that vaseline is good for growth? So I'll try that every night but if you have any other options for me then please tell 🙏🏻
Mind
Well here is the most important muscle. I have always been a good student but by now my attention span has gone downhill and am not at able to concentrate nowadays.
And am not gonna lie but my major flaw is that I have 10+ hours of screentime. I am very very embarrassed to accept it but that's the truth and yk those tiktok videos where there is a game on half screen and a show is going on other half....I am doing the same....otherwise I get bored and am not at able to concentrate at all.
I think the main thing I need to do is decrease my screen time.
I do have online classes so minus that I am gonna decrease my screen time to 3 hours, not more than that.
I am also a night owl and have trouble sleeping due to doom scrolling so gonna try to improve my sleep schedule 💤
Sooooo that's my plan....
If you guys have any suggestions then I will be happy to consider it😊.
