I’m not particularly fond or interested in his art, but hating an artist just because he/she made it, is just sad. He found a niche for himself, and apparently a lot of people seem to enjoy it. I applaud the fact that so many are willing to support the “free” art scene as it is, and I’m sure there is a niche for you as well.  Instead of being silly, and hating on some dude on the internet, direct your spare energy to something useful; focus on honing your skills. That’s the sole difference between him and you.

Update Time - Summer Taiyo Training Edition

So the image I'm using as a header is what I wanted the entire 28 pages of Oberon's Garden to look like. I'm going to have some free time (second week of May- second week of August) to sit on my thumbs while college season is over.

I really really really want to finish the redo of that comic. But I know that if I'm gonna do it, I'm gonna wanna plow through it in one shot and honestly I'm not sure if that's a good idea. Great way to get burnout and blow my drawing tendons to hell. That being said, I think it's something worth trying to do piecemeal once @jerkdouglas gives me the green light to tackle something of that scope. (Ha sneaky tag there)

That being said, I want to get more active on this community since my Instagram is honestly used more to cater to markets that are distinctly not America, and if I ignore my home country like that then I bring great dishonor to the Black Eyepatch Dojo and that means more pushups on my back while drawing holding the stylus with my left foot.

Aaand I don't wanna do that, as it's an experience that I honestly don't recommend to anyone, including myself outside of this hyperbole. But I do want to get some training and potentially paid work in.

Boss and I are talking about trying to get some streaming in for some hands on instruction, and I'd be dumber than a Cabela's at Dundee tourist if I didn't jump on that like flies on fresh McDonalds. (I love you, McDonalds, but that last Quarter Pounder Meal was not up to your usual standards.)

So the long and short of it is that this is NOT an ad for commissions, I'll make a proper one at a later date, n' give the blog a nice new paint job, too.

I will totally draw for money to pay my recurring monthly debts tho so if anyone's interested in design stuff, I'll do a Lunas Steel Package. It's like Boss's Bronze Package, but only 10 bux and I'll skip the big fancy beauty shots. Seems fair both to your wallet and my current skill level.
