After ages of slacking and procrastinating I’m finally back. I haven’t had the motivation to even open my game for over a month. Time to go in and chug out some storylines!

The bills came a lot earlier than expected, and they were only left with §248 to strive off of. Carlos didn’t start work until the next day, so Bambi thought they were screwed.

Bambi: You better do perfect at your job so you can get that promotion!

The next morning, they had a great breakfast, despite the look on Carlos’ face. He was only thinking about the amount of weight that he’d gained, and how he has to work twice as hard to get back to where he wants to be.

Carlos: I like you a lot, Bam. You’re my favorite deer, ya’know?

He kissed her cheek as she laughed softly.

Bambi: I’m not a deer.

He pulled her in for a hug, rubbing her back reassuringly.

Carlos: You don’t have to work anymore, Bam. We’ll be living good in no time, trust me. Maybe if we start living a little too good we’ll have another addition in the home to keep us company.

Carlos: I got a job! After a couple of days searching, I saw this new opening at the Tech Center. That, with your gardening and collecting, we’ll be able to stay here in no time!

Bambi was quite surprised, to say the least, but the next bill period would be coming up soon.

Bambi: That’s great news, Lo.

Bambi: Carlos? How did you pay for all of this?

He grabbed her hands before speaking, squeezing them lightly.

Carlos: Well.. I had some money left over from the move, we had to sell your garden unfortunately, along with the old house - but you can get an even bigger and beautiful one - and there’s one last thing..

After my queue runs out, I will be going on a short hiatus while I focus on my studies! I’ve shortened the amount of posts, and how often it posts to try and elongate the time I have until it’s gone. It’ll be over around the middle of next week maybe? I have a few gameplay posts to add, though.
