In ep. 8 Caine has a lot more scenes where his eyes are very dark and missing their shine, which makes him look much more intimidating. I could've just collected some screenshots but this gave me an excuse to draw him hehe

*An unfamiliar face walks up to Gangle. At first, their mismatched form and wobbly walk makes them appear to be Zooble, but any more than a second of looking makes it obvious that it isn't Zooble. They seem to be made of different kinds of paper, with some kind of green notebook or binder for a torso, stapled together pieces of colorful construction paper for legs, one arm made from the plastic-leather spine of the notebook, the other made from crinkled drawing paper, and an oddly beak-like face with origami folds, resembling one of those paper fortune teller crafts*
