1 TBS cocoa powder (you can replace 1 tsp cocoa powder with flour of choice if you want it more cakey and less fudgey)- 20 cals

1 tsp baking powder-0 cals
½ TBS applesauce (or im pretty sure you can use oil)-4 cals
Splash of water if mixture is too t h i c c- 0 cals
Extras to treat yo self:
1 Tablespoon Rainbow Sprinkles-20 cals
1 Tablespoon Whipped Cream-8 cals
¼ cup Blueberries-21 cals
1 Teaspoon Honey- 21 cals
How To:
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl or mug.

Ingredients 1 tablespoon flour-28 cals 1 tablespoon 0 cal sugar-0 cals 1 tablespoon cocoa powder-12 cals 2 tablespoons of apple sauce-20 cals pinch of baking soda-0 cals pinch of salt-0 cals Instructions Instructions Mix all the ingredients up. Put in microwave for 1-1:15 minutes. Put a little bit of powdered sugar on top. (*Optional*) Eat it up
